This is such a lovely cafe! I believe the person who took my order was either the owner or a higher up, and he was so sweet. He took the time to explain the menu to me, when I was confused on certain drinks. I ended up getting a strawberry matcha, and the matcha was delicious! It was not bitter at all, and in fact was a smooth matcha. I would definitely order this drink again. It didn’t take long for our drinks to be made either! The cafe was so cozy, with beautiful decor. I would definitely recommend this cafe and come back!

Everyone from Hanoi, Vietnam must hear of the legendary egg coffee. And everyone from Vietnam knows cafe phin, the kind of coffee that you have to wait, patiently, for every single drop from that “phin” of coffee until you have a cup. I don’t expect to see any of those in United States. Well, not on the East Coast. Until I catch it on Ding Cafe’s menu. Ordered a cup to take home. And wow, it tastes a lot like home, with a nice bit of variation. It feels smooth and comfortable. But the caffeine dose is no joke at all. I really like this version. At least I don’t have to fly 24+ hours to get it lol The coffee shop is really nice and cozy. Quiet enough for you to have a nice chat with your friends and family. The matcha latte looks great too. I will definitely try that.

The flavor was super creamy, fresh, and satisfying even without sugar. The boba was soft and chewy, just perfect. 😍👍
Nice and cozy place to hang out with good drinks and snacks. The new menu with different styles of coffees and matcha (ceremonial grade!) drinks is so good. On top of that the BOGO promotion made it unbeatable. Will come back for more!

Since Ding has opened to now I feel like their service and drinks have stayed consistent. It’s a solid bubble tea spot. The two drink I got today were good. My only complaint is that the Matcha Oreo Blend was a little too sweet. The other matcha drink you see on the right was the opposite and needed to be a little sweeter. I ended up mixing the two and it turned out pretty good. This is also just my own personal tastes and they’re great about adjusting sugar levels. Overall, we have a lot of bubble tea spots and Ding Tea is one of my top 5 places to go.
