Came here with my friend, and we both ordered Miso Ramens and shared a marble soda. Right off the bat, the server was really welcoming and nice, the atmosphere calm and relaxing. Our food came really fast, although the restaurant was relatively empty. The soda was fizzy and refreshing, and the ramen was absolutely phenomenal! The broth had the perfect amount of flavor, the noodles were out-of-this-world, the egg was amazing and the soft pork was perfection. The portions were more than enough and I left feeling full. It was an unforgettable experience - this place is 100% on my visit again list!
This spot is superb and roomy, the food was yummy and the prices were very reasonable. rapidly, productive service and very attentive staff members. I recommend this place.
The ramen is tasty. The pork kutsu is nice and crispy. It's not oily at all. The curry is delicious but the portion of the curry is a bit too small.
Great vegetarian options!!! It is worth coming just for the appetizers! The service was amazing. If you are looking for the best ramen near Rockville town center it is here!
Delicious ramen. Lots of vegetarian options. Nice cheap casual dinner
Delicious! You can ask for more ramen and substitute toppings!
had miso base in pork broth and shio base also in pork broth both were very good. personal preference was for the miso --had a fuller more complex flavor will be back
This place has some really neat and unique ramen flavors! Had a hard time deciding but ended up going with the BG ramen which was ???
Great Ramen, Katsu chicken and service !!
Takoyaki was different but taste was not bad. Service was good but ramen was just ok for me in terms of flavor. The broth just wasn't flavourful enough :(

Fantastic foods and appetizers. Favorite foods are BG ramen, aged tofu, a potato dish (forgot the Japanese name), bbq chicken wings, takoyaki. Foods are generally rich in flavor but not overly salty as found in other nearby Japanese restaurants ( my biased opinion). Quiet environment. Great for young kids. Also good for small birthday celebration. They will broadcast birthday song over the speakers.
Not sure if I went on an off day, but didn't have a good experience when I came here. It's a clean restaurant and the servers are friendly and welcoming; however, the food left more to be desired. I ordered the Dokiya Fries, Takoyaki, Steak Ramen, and Shio Ramen.
Service was great, ramen was delicious!
Service was fast and the food was great.
During my frequent visits to Japong Bakery, I noticed that a new ramen spot opened next door. The restaurant's window is decorated with red paper lanterns that say RAMEN. The walls are decorated with japanese textiles, geisha dolls, and samurai swords. At the cashier, there's a large maneki-neko, which brings good luck to the owner. There was romantic Japanese songs playing in the background
