This location was great up till about 2 years ago. Since then this place has been on a downwards spiral. Service sucks, quality is non-existent, cleanliness looks like it’s not even on the list. I can’t imagine i’ll be going back here anytime soon - the minimum standards aren’t even met here as if there is no manager to run this place. Absolutely awful.

Never order from here especially through doordash. Did not know that they are a merchant delivery. When my order was late, I called the store and dealt with the rudest person ever. Hung up on me twice and basically told me to be patient, it wasn't their problem because I ordered through doordash.

Ordered a pizza for pick up at 6pm came at 6:20 to pick it up. Yet the pizza wasnt even ready until 7:10pm.. i sat waiting for 8 eons for my pizza that should have been ready. I cant blame any individual person and wont? However this is totally unacceptable. To tell me a pizza is ready in 10/15 minutes but then takes over an hour..

I ordered a chicken pizza from this store and was pretty disappointed. The pizza came with only a few small pieces of chicken and just a handful of vegetables scattered around. For the price, I expected it to be much more generous with the toppings.
I’ve attached a picture so you can see for yourself what it looked like. Definitely not worth it if you’re looking for a hearty, well-topped pizza.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I order from this store all the time and this time, totally ruined my whole experience. My pizza was never delivered, and when I contacted the store, “the manager”, Glenn (who was also the driver), was unhelpful. He claimed he waited for seven minutes and then canceled the order, but my call log shows it was only five when I returned the call. To make matters worse, he was already back at the store when I called, which makes no sense (I don’t live 5 min away from the store). I explained to Glenn that I had made use of my free pizza from my points and I couldn’t re order. He then said “well we’re busy right now so you’re going to have to place a new order and wait” now I don’t even want to order from this store anymore and I have nowhere to contact to let them know about this experience. I expect better customer service (especially from a manager) when it comes to delivery issues. I hope this feedback will lead to improvements in their delivery process and customer service training.

Domino's Pizza varies from location to location, and this store does well all around. If you know and like their taste and style, you will find this location to provide good service and quality, consistently. I've ordered here several times and been pleased with them.
