Excellent service every time and the donuts are always good, hot and ready to serve every time. It’s great watching the donuts being made in real time. The prices are decent. Overall great place.

Should just replace service staff with a kiosk. Such a bizarre experience. Not only was I immediately taken aback that I was the one that greeted the cashier(nothing from the staff), throughout the whole purchase, he simply maintained a blank smile--no response to my questions, zero interest in interacting or even considering of providing assistance. I've heard him speak the most when he requested for my card bc they don't have tap to pay. If it was just the nonexistent service, I wouldn't have such a terrible taste left in my mouth bc how does this place have such good reviews? The donut was mushy and tiny. Last time I was at a Duck Donut, it was filling--I was full with one single donut. I was only able to finish this one bc it was hot. You can tell the batter had so much oil in it that wasn't just from frying. Anyways, I can't believe I even thought of going in here with good memories while back.

Asian dude who works there is a complete racist, I’m a black individual and I asked to use the restroom just to be told the store doesn’t have one. 5 minutes later a white man walks in and asks to use the bathroom. The worker tells him they do have a bathroom not knowing I was still in the store. I confronted him about it and tried to play innocent by acting confused. Complete joke of a company and I won’t be eating here anymore.

We've been going to Duck Donuts in Rockville since they opened. It's not fancy, and the service is average, with no welcoming feel; however, the donuts are made in front of you, exactly the way you want them, and are delicious. If you want a donut made specifically to your tastes, Duck Donuts is where to go.

They closed nearly an hour early before said close time. Was highly disappointed. Assuming they have less traffic during weekdays, if you plan on going after work. Forget about it.

Donut was fine. I was charged 36 dollars for a dozen donuts because there is no way to order a dozen pre made donuts. Charged for 12 individual donuts. I could go into the store order the same thing for 25 dollars. No one could help me understand why or fix it in the store.
I came here from a long distance and it was closed without any notice.

I had the absolute pleasure of trying the fresh donuts from Duck Donuts, and they were hands down the best I've ever had! The donuts were perfectly soft, fluffy, and packed with flavor. I tried a variety, and each one was better than the last!
You can really taste the freshness and quality in every bite. I can't wait to come back and try more! If you're looking for a little piece of heaven in a donut, Duck Donuts is the place to go
