I just visited the Fredericksburg, Virginia location and I immediately noticed a huge difference in service. The curly haired boy with an earring that rung us up didn’t even greet us, I had to address him first. He was completely unengaged and looked as if I were bothering him. Once I orders he immediately sat down and got out his cell phone. The wonderful ladies that were at the Fredericksburg location could give him a good lesson in customer service.

I like the donuts, but the consensus here(brought up by kids under 14) is that they are too sweet, with too many toppings. Less is more. The toppings should be a slight flavor, because the base donuts are so good. Maybe you could have a level of toppings you can ask the customer when they order. 'Do you want toppings slight, light, medium or regular/heavy'. The bottom of the box is caked with toppings when we are done. Regular, imho should leave very little toppings in the bottom.
