While there are several Dunkin' Donuts, the best service is at Southlawn and E Gude. Managers Brenda, Angeles, and Samantha make the customer experience worth the short drive.

I ordered a “strawberry dragonfruit refresher” and some snackin’ bacon. When I received the drink they had given me a refresher mixed with lemonade? I never mentioned lemonade, when i mentioned it was the wrong drink, the lady taking my order began to argue with me and telling me they make it with both. But even on the app, the regular refresher how I ordered it, is how its labeled. That you must specify you want lemonade! Honestly its my favorite drink but they way this woman back talked me and was so disrespectful was insane. Saying it was my fault i didnt specify I didnt want lemonade??

The donuts are NOT even close to the same tasty goodness they once were, but then again, the donuts didn't used to be cooked in giant industrial bakeries hundreds of miles away and then shipped in on trucks days in advance of their use. In the past, the donuts were cooked on site. When you walked into any location, the warm air was heavy with the rich aromas of pastry, sweet toppings, and fresh coffee. Now, all the locations just smell like cardboard.
Also, when I asked the counter help for "Honey Dipped Donuts", they looked at me with a blank expression, as if I had asked for "bleep blop bleep blop boop". I then corrected myself, stating, "glazed donut". Apparently, counter help could not figure out these were different names for the same donut. The donut each name describes sounds nothing at all like the other, except for it sounds exactly the same. It was a head tilt, mental, "really?" moment.
Other than a mediocre donut in a cold warehouse smelling store in a sketchy neighborhood, it was okay. Oh, I got a grilled cheese, too. The bread's pretty good. I can't say anything else about the rest of it. It wasn't even a grilled cheese sandwich. There was bread and cheese, yes, but that's where the similarities ended. I will say, the cheese WAS slightly melted, but other than that, it did not taste or resemble any grilled cheese sandwiches with which I've been previously acquainted.

This is absolutely the worst DD. I went here with my daughter and walked inside. No greeting, no service, and the lady at the counter asked me to put my order in the kiosk at the back of the eating area. They prioritize cars in the drive thru and have no idea what customer service is. Avoid this DD. We promptly walked out and will never go here again. You have lost a customer DD. Do better.

This is by far the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. No one here seems to have any idea how to do their jobs. Expect to stand at the counter for at least 10 minutes before anyone even notices you’re here. It’s almost expected that some part of your order will be wrong.
