If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The customer service here was absolutely terrible. I ordered a caramel macchiato, which I’ve been ordering from Dunkin' for the past eight years. I know exactly how it’s supposed to look — just like the image Dunkin' uses to advertise it. However, at this location, the drink I received looked like a latte.
When I kindly asked the employee to remake it, explaining that it was too pale to be a macchiato, she was dismissive and claimed, "That’s just a picture; this is what you ordered." She refused to remake it, stating flat-out that she wouldn’t. Regardless of whether the customer is right or wrong, good customer service would mean at least considering my request. Instead, this employee was rude, disrespectful, and argumentative. She even made me pull up the picture of the drink and still insisted that her version was correct, though it clearly wasn’t.
When I asked for a refund, she brushed me off, saying, "I didn’t charge you; you can go." I didn't get her name, but she was a older women skin arab or indian or Hispanic woman with black hair with accent assisted by another woman with blond hair and young. I overheard them discussing that two espresso shots had been added, which only added to my confusion as to why the drink still looked like a latte and not a proper macchiato.
It was an incredibly frustrating experience, especially since I had been fasting all morning for a doctor’s appointment and was genuinely looking forward to my coffee. Instead, I had to drive another five miles to a different Dunkin' location to finally get the service I expected. Very disappointing.

The gentleman at the drive thru means well, but doesn't speak clearly. Even speaking loudly, he didn't seem to understand my orders. They might need to get a better microphone. He also didn't understand my specifications with the coffee.

I saw the manager was rude with employees and the atmosphere was tense there! I like Dunkin's Donut, but the manager at that place needs to behave or to be replaced!

New Dunkin in Traville is wonderful. Great food, cleanliness , great radio channel, and off in a small corner . Best Dunkin that I’ve had. Oh and the coffee is absolutely great with no mistakes . I can actually taste the coffee. Fresh all around

We saw ants on the shelf were donuts were kept! Focus on safety and cleaning. Ice water was dispensed in paper coffee cup, that is just tacky :(

I was so glad to find this dunkin close to work and that it had a drive thru. BUT i have no idea why they make you pay and ask to pull around and wait for your order!!! All i ordered was one bagel. All other Dunkins that I've been to with drive thrus will have your order ready as soon as you pull up or maybe wait a minute or so. Also the location of the drive thru is weird. If you have to wait for your order you have to drive around the entire complex to get back to the front. Will never go here again.

So glad they finally put a dunkin here!!!! Best coffee and this location has the extremely rare French Cruler donut! Staff is super friendly and place is super clean!

This Dunkin is painfully slow. I was able to start and finish eating my lunch while in the drive thru. Now I’m running late to a meeting. Instant regret. Update: after 15 minutes of sitting in the drive thru, watching the person before me receive my drink and then pass it back, and seeing the communication issues between the employee and person in front of me, I left empty handed. I am leaving such a low review b/c it seems this behavior is allowed based on previous reviews. Definitely a waste of my time today

Difficult to communicate; gave the wrong donuts; insisted on getting donuts from the back instead of the rack, which made for poor communication between workers. It was like a game of telephone. Poor service - I know the location is new: lots of kinks to work out.

Be prepared to wait for your food. 20 mins for an online order while I was one of two people waiting in the store. I watched the employee in charge of cooking food drop multiple items onto the ground. Multiple parts of my order were wrong, including giving me coffee when I ordered tea
