I usually stop by this Dunkin’ once a week in the morning, always ordering the same thing through mobile order: an iced latte with whole milk and a bagel with cream cheese. While the staff are often busy, some do take the time to greet and welcome customers, which I appreciate.
That said, I hope the store can improve in a couple of areas:
• Accuracy of orders: Since I always order the exact same items, I know what to expect. But too often, my latte comes out wrong—made with oat milk, skim milk, or sometimes even just black coffee with milk. It’s disappointing, especially since with mobile orders I don’t really get the chance to dispute it on the spot.
• Bathroom cleanliness: On one occasion I needed to use the restroom with my kids, and it was honestly one of the dirtiest restrooms I’ve ever come across.
I’ll continue to visit because it’s convenient and part of my weekly routine, but I truly hope these improvements can be made.

This store has been very disappointing. Most of the time when I place an order online and go to pick it up, I am told the item is out of stock. On top of that they try to push me to take a different item instead of what I ordered. The customer service is also poor, overall it is a frustrating experience.

Placed a mobile order well in advanced. Took 15 mins to get it right. Seems under staffed and not equipped to work the counter and mobile orders

They didn't offer the same offers as other Dunkin donuts the guy did explain that it recently changed so that could be as well I felt that the service was decently good they kind of took forever cuz I had a big order but when I mentioned I was in a rush they jumped on it real fast which I appreciated I have noticed a lot of places tend to take mobile orders and fill them before your own order this is common of a lot of places though

Rude no passion serving Customer today horrible service by a larger guy in there if he is the manager replace him awful example. Nobody would want to work with someone like that. No wonder employees are look emotional down.

I travel here for work a couple times a week and the first time I came, they forgot my egg bites. I called the number on the receipt and it was no longer in service, but since I use the App, I put in a request through there.
Not only did the App Help get back to me in 2 days, but the owner then personally called me to invite me back to get my egg bites when I was in town. I am so happy that they took the extra time to reach out. Even though I felt the situation was rectified by receiving a refund via points, he insisted on me still getting my egg bites. I have not experienced this service at my local Dunkins and will definitely be back when I am in town!

We like Dunkin' Donuts, and have given good reviews to other stores. This location only gets two stars, and is the only one we avoid. The selection is small, service is poor, and not one staff member in several visits there has been friendly or helpful. If things change dramatically, I would be happy to update my review.

Restaurantji Recommends
Came in and saw the long line. First, I was irritated that only one person was manning the register, making drinks, and getting donuts, and the other person was making the hot sandwiches and taking care of uber orders. Let me tell you, these 2 people are the most efficient and professional at their job. The line went fast. The orders were filled. The Ubers didn’t wait…AND even though it what busy as heck, the ladies were pleasant and friendly, and telling customers, “Thank you! Have a nice day!”
Did I mention that my coffee was made perfectly just the way I wanted it?! Awesome!!
Hey Dunkin CEO, if you’re reading this from the comfort of your million dollar headquarters office, take notes!! Give them a raise. Give them help. Take care of your people because without them, THERE IS NO DUNKIN AND THERE IS NO YOU!!!

Trash was laying on the floor in lobby area, brought it to the attention of D.D associate, she seemed irritated with me for bringing it to her attention, stated she was going to clean it up, I was there for a minimum of 20 minutes before she ever came from behind the counter and the store was not busy, I asked for the GM's name, she didn't know, poor customer service at best!!!
