Overall just not a fun experience from ordering times, wait times, and customer service. Coffee is a hit or miss ranging from tasting like coffee or just hot water. Sandwiches are either cooked properly or machines are broken to where you can not order anything.

Today turned out to be a wet and dreary Saturday so I decided to come here and pick up some breakfast food for my husband and I. Thankfully this location was open relatively early, and I was surprised to find out that I wasn't the only customer with the same idea. There were probably 5 customers seated inside, and one customer in front of me waiting to order. To ere were also a handful of employees working behind the counter today. I went for 3 strawberry frosted and 3 apple fritter donuts for the two of us. I had considered getting coffee as well, but I'm trying to scale back on my coffee consumption. I've already eaten one of the strawberry frosted donuts and it was delicious!

Today was a dreary, cold, and wet Saturday to kick off the first day of Fall. My husband and I figured we would take a drive because it wasn't raining as hard as they were expecting. Some sweet breakfast food came to mind so we looked this place up and came on over here? We weren't the only people with the same idea, because this place was busy. I think that I counted five customers seated inside and one couple in front of us waiting to place their order. I wanted three strawberry frosted donuts, and he got three apple fritter donuts. Three donuts are a lot for one sitting but trust me I will save at least one donut for tonight. Probably! They are very delicious. There were several employees behind the counter preparing other actual sandwich orders, so we were helped right away. The (2) donuts have been delicious so far!

I guess it’s the same guy that everyone’s talking about. First of all, he looks mad for some reason. I got pumpkin spice latte and hash browns. Hash browns were burnt. I had to ask for caramel drizzle and whipped cream. Then he said no whipped cream here. I wish I can give zero

placed my mobile order 20 minutes before arriving bc i know theyre slow here. walked into the empty store, there was only 1 customer and the mobile ordering ding wasn't going off. 3 of the baristas were just chatting behind the counter. between the 5 people working, nobody had made my drink. i (nicely) asked them about it, and then they ASKED ME HOW TO MAKE THE DRINK. it was a regular iced caramel macchiato from the menu....

This was my "go to" Dunkin before the current owner took control. Someone named "Simon" is the current supervisor. He has no clue how to treat employees. One female employee helped customers at the counter. When there were no customers she got the mop and a bucket and started to wash the floor. He criticized her for humming to music that was playing while she mopped the floor! Idiotic statements like "I don't pay you to listen to music." Who hired this fool? Is he a relative of the owner? The atmosphere was disgusting. I will not return. Simon knows nothing about management nor does he know how to run a business. He clearly doesn't know good employees are hard to come by and there is a shortage of qualified people who want to work in the service industry.

There was a male employee who kept staring at me and my female companion. He forgot to make our food even though we were the only ones there in the beginning. And as we entered another male employee (who seemed to be on break at the time) said to us be careful he (the male employee who was staring) will keep your change. And then as we went to paid that employee made a sour face and said "aw youre paying with card". The products were good and the female employee was nice but it is not a safe place to be with no other customers as a female

The service from this store is BADDDDD.My mother went to this store 3/20 at 2:30 ish and a Hispanic employee disrespected & underestimated my mom for not having enough money on Applepay & my mom ofc paid the food using her other card. He might be having a bad day at his job today but he had one job which is to satisfy the customers. I'm so disappointed on how he treated my mother. I would never do such a thing to somebody's mother. I hope the manager sees this :)
