The drinks here are awful, they can’t make a decent latte. Every time I come back to this location because I’m in the area it taste like water and barley coffee with a bunch of milk. They slap unnecessary amount of cream cheese on the bagel. I couldn’t turn back around because I was in a hurry to work but the latte is always bad here.

The line regularly wraps around all 4 sides of the building. Coffee is good, but definitely not a quick stop -- like 20 minutes to get through the drive through, sometimes more. And the drive through blocks in parked cars, so it's always a dance to let someone out of their spot when they leave the shop. Oh and it's not faster if you go inside. On 9/26/25 Just tried going inside as the line wrapped around the building again. No one was working the register and there was a line. After a few minutes I left and got coffee elsewhere. Complete waste of time.

The staff are so friendly and helpful! The drive-through definitely gets backed up so I recommend walking in, but they have such good customer service

The coffee is bad every times. Usually get lattes but they always are too light and watery. Today I got a regular iced coffee but same issue. Just tasted like dirty water. Food is alright

I had a very bad experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. Today, July 14, 2025, at 3 PM, I purchased from the drive-thru and received the wrong order. They charged me for a higher-priced item instead of the affordable one I ordered. When I noticed the mistake, they did not handle it appropriately at all and did not even offer an apology. This situation was very frustrating.
For these reasons, I strongly recommend avoiding this location. If you plan to make a purchase, please consider using a different location that offers better service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service.

The restaurant definitely lost business with me. I often do large catering orders for 50+ people. I have tried to call Dunkin to place large orders several times and they have failed to take the call. One time they actually took the call, they said that I have to place my order of 50 sandwiches 1 day in advance and pay for it as well.

I love dunkin and run on it. That said, I will never come to this location again. Today, I attempted to get a $6 meal and asked for cream cheese on the bagel. I was then unnecessarily lectured by a very blunt and rude team member named David (I had dealt with him before and had a past issue I let slide) that it wouldn't be $6 with cream cheese. He was very condescending and not wanting to have any kind of petty argument, I said never mind and left. I've never encountered this kind of experience with any other dunkin employee at this location or others. In my professional opinion, as someone who has customer service experience, he should be fired. I will take this issue up with corporate.

Order was wrong, again, even after the cashier repeated order to me twice. They didn't answer the phone, again, and didn't give me a receipt so I can't do much about it. I would go to another location but they've closed the other two near me.
Tl;dr: check you bag at the window, the people behind you can wait a second!
I go to a lot of Dunkin’ Donuts I asked for the same thing every time, but this time I know they did not try to do what I request for. I hate paying for stuff and you actually don’t give me what I pay for every time don’t waste your money here.

I always order a small hot americano with just half of the actual amount of hot water; no sugar, no cream. Today when I was ordering the same my order was purposely ignored and was given an americano filled with water all the way to the top. I did give it back and she did make me a new one WITH an attitude and a lecture about what an americano is. I appreciate that. But girl fill my americano with less water. How difficult is that? Or how do i order my drink @dunkins?

I got two snack’n Bacons and when I received my order my bacon was completely cold I literally didn’t even make out the drive thru.
So I went inside and ask for fresh bacon they claimed they ran out of bacon and put my bacon in some type of warmer and gave it back to me
