The high rating is for the fresh donuts and great customer service. These ladies are always in a bright mood. I just started eating donuts again and they’re right along my commuting route. Not a fan of their coffee, I tried it and it’s not for me. It was harsh, but I’m not caffeine person so maybe that’s the normal feeling. I don’t understand why they don’t have chocolate glazed donuts, instead they have double chocolate. It’s not bad, but you’ll need milk. They...

Service is usually friendly... Today not so much. Coffee was lukewarm closer to cold. Croissant sandwich was crushed and I'm not sure why. The sandwich presentation is the same at other locations also IDK if that's how the franchises are being trained but it needs to change! Hashbrowns were also not hot. Unfortunately we weren't able to go back to the drive thru due to time restraints.
