It was horrible service. When I walked in, she looked at me like she saw a ghost. She didn’t greet me, pretty much threw the bag at me and didn’t even say thank you for coming. Food was cold and the avocado toast was not on toast. It was on bread. No care given at all. Trash service. Do better!

I’ve visited this Dunkin’ location many times in the past, but the quality has really declined. My hash browns were served cold, and my avocado toast wasn’t toasted the way it should be. The customer service was disappointing, no greeting, no acknowledgment, just blank stares from the staff behind the counter. Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and careless, and it’s frustrating to see the service drop so much.

Nothing worse than getting served stale or over cooked food. Couldn’t chew through anything. Throwing it on the ground sounded like rocks. 26 something dollars thrown away.

I love this place. They don't really get a lot of customers so they always have free donuts and I had walked in with coffee from another dunkin location that had got my order wrong so I walked in to ask if they could add sweetener and he was so willing and excited to help. Love this place gonna come here all the time. And if the worker sees this I was there on Oct 6th 2025 around 3:30! Thank you and pls give him a raise!!

If you like surprises with your coffee (and not the good kind), this is the Dunkin’ for you. Been coming here for 15 years, but ever since the staff changed, it’s like they’re trying to get orders wrong. Burnt food, botched coffee, and a whole lot of “how did it get this bad?”.

This place used to be my favorite to get my iced coffee, quality, good service and very clean.. now I have to drive longer to be able to go to another one because this place is now a disaster, there is no longer good service, quality or cleanliness.. you ask for the coffee with milk and they put cream, you ask for it with 2 sugars and they put 4.... the guys almost put their finger in it to mix the coffee... you have to wait almost 20 minutes to be served because there is no staff, they should close it better

1/20/2025 ~11:15 am I placed a mobile order that included 2 sets of hash browns. As I waited for my food I overheard the female staff member complaining about my order. I wasn’t sure what the issue was, but my enthusiastic thank you was met with silence twice, I could feel the tension as if I’d done something wrong. As I ate a hashbrown, I could feel that it was frozen. I went back in to ask if they could please reheat, the female staff member stuck her finger in the bag of hash browns to feel the temp herself while I was holding the order. She rudely snatched the hashbrowns from me w/o saying anything, had them sitting out at the food prep area, dumped my already eaten hashbrown onto a pan and put them back in the oven. She put the same hash browns into the same papers bags that they were in and handed the bag back to me with no words or apologies. She did tell her partner that my hashbrowns were cold and rolled her eyes in an exaggeration again without addressing me or saying anything. After having a blood pressure issue arise later that day, I also suspect I was given fully caffeinated coffee and that my ordering 1/2 decaf was the cause of the initial issue.

Placed an order on the app, came in to pick up and the drink was ready but the donuts were not. It took 5+ minutes to get an employees attention to ask for the donuts. The employees were very nice and working hard but the atmosphere and the quality of the drink and donut were unfortunately pretty bad and the donut didn't seem fresh.
