I ordered my food online and not only they took 20 min to get it ready, they decided not to listen when i was trying to let them know my order contained a item they keep repeating they didn't have. After 20 min of waiting, they gave me my order, as I was checking it, half of the items were missing. Instead of getting any help, I was told to cancel my order and tap my card, they were completely unaware that my order was online and offered no help when I said it couldn't be canceled, they took other 15min to completemy order, and something could've been quick and painless turned into a 30 nightmare. I've been coming to the same DD for 2 years and have never been treated so disrespectful. I kept telling the person that she needed to listen and stop yelling at her customer, and no apologies offered. NEVER coming back, they're always late, but being rude to customers is beyond acceptable. And they didn't even get it right at the end...

This location is horrible. I have been calling since 12/25 at 7:07 am. I accidentally placed a mobile order for this location via the app and cancelled it. O spoke to an employee on 12/25 who said the order would be cancelled and I would get my money back. Two days later the pending charge posted to my account and I called asking for a manager again speaking to a girl claiming to be the manager when the manager wasn’t in but wasn’t a manager lol. I completely forgot her name but she found my transaction and told me it would be refunded. I’ve never gotten a refund for my cancelled order and have never been able to reach a representative since my last contact.

Truly the worst customer service experience ever. Visited this location just before noon on Thanksgiving and the person working was so rude. She was throwing & slamming things, sucking her teeth, making rude comments , & rolling her eyes. Not my fault you need this job. To the employer: you should probably consider letting her go. She’s not good for business.

Very well cooked breakfast sandwich. Soft and warm. Coffee is always wonderful. My mobile order was ready when I got there. Staff is friendly. love Dunkin.....

I ordered here before and twice I’ve never gotten my drink and they never answer my calls when I tried to ask for my order. Because of that reason I demanded a refund. You guys make me want to NEVER order from here again

This place is one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever visit. I ordered a "caramel iced latte" via the app and when I got there. After 10 minutes of waiting because there was a long line (yet as I said above I ordered online so I just had to take my order and leave). After the wait, the lady told me that the machine that makes the lattes was broken and that I couldn't have my latte. Ok there again I understand.
So I asked her how I could get a refund since I ordered online.
Her response was "Oh you want your money back?"
No but... seriously?
She didn't even ask if I wanted anything else!
Never again at this place.

I'm not sure why but every time I go in here my order is wrong. Maybe some things are getting lost in translation because I was charged for stuff I didnt order. Idk but it is annoying. And then today I was given old, cold bacon. When I asked for a new one they just reheated the old one. I don't think I'll come back to this one and if I do it'll be in the afternoon (different ppl working) and only for donuts.

I placed an order for an Ice Latte from the Mobile App and when I got to the store they told me that the machine was broken. They gave me horrible coffee water... The problem is not that the machine is broken, the problem is that they don't notify in the app that they can't make specific orders.

Unlike the Dunkin’ Donuts in our area, this Dunkin always has fresh good tasting donuts, and conveniently located walking distance from our Rockville
