You are always repeating the order because they get confused and the guy sees that it is full of people and makes you wait for a coffee for 15 minutes where you wait for a coffee that long, the truth is I will change the location and I do do not recommend it, it is stressful and a waste of time to be a recognized establishment. The lady that works Thursday mornings (or today 1/18/2024 around 12pm) CONSISTENTLY makes the best version of my daily go to maple/sweet black pepper bacon and egg croissant breakfast sandwich and the white choco signature cold drink. Another worker told me that the bacon is pre-seasoned which I’m sad about only because sometimes the bacon tastes plain , it’ll be nice if there’s extra seasoning for flavor to differentiate it from the regular sandwich since we are paying more for maple bacon. The wintergreen plaza location’s bacon seems to have more flavor when it comes to their maple bacon for some reason. A couple times, I’ve gotten cold eggs and stomach aches moments after as well. For these reasons I would’ve given a 3/5 rating BUT, because of the staff that works Wednesday mornings, I have to give them a 5/5. She’s awesome and always wishes you a great day with a smile :)

This was my first visit to this Dunkin's, and I noticed it's quite a compact store with limited parking available. Surprisingly, despite having three staff members, the service was rather sluggish. It took approximately 15 minutes for our sandwich and croissant orders to arrive, and the taste was just okay.

I came in with a simple order for a coffee and bagel. It took about 10 minutes for someone to take ny order when there were 3 people working. The person who took my order took another 10 minutes to tale my order and still happened to get it wrong. I ordered a cinnomon Raisin bagel toasted with butter egg amd cheese. I ended uo payed for 2 bagels. A plain with butter and a cinnomon raisin with just egg. Seriously so unprofessional not repeating the order back and just the whole place in general. I understand they're looking for people to work, but not knowing the language and having a language barrier can really screw it upAnd it did. Worst Dunkin in Maryland state. Don't go here.

For being in such a great location this Dunkin’s has become the worst dunkin in the area. So many times I’ve placed orders to only get home and see that’s it’s the completely wrong item. Staff is incompetent and seem to hate working. Orders always take 25-30 mins to be completed. Nothing about this place works. How many people depend on Dunkin’s to start there day off? And how many people are starting there day off terribly because this is the Dunkin’s they go to. Shame In my opinion

If you have to travel towards 355 North in the morning, I highly recommend ordering from this particular Dunkin'. Parking is easy and you can just turn right on 355N and get on with the day. The service here has been consistently 100/100. The app order is always ready within 5 minutes of submitting. It's nice they offer curbside pickup as well as in-store pickup. I also appreciate the location having a dedicated pick up shelf to swoop in and grab the order. The store itself has a smaller space for eating-in but it's well organized and maximizes space. I also love the friendly service as well. Lastly, I super appreciate how my breakfast sandwiches are never burnt or overcooked! I really have no complaints about this Dunkin' location and wouldn't hesitate recommending it to anyone.
