I love coming to this Dunkin. There's a few things that are noticeable. First off is the parking, The Dunkin is situated between two apartment complexes, so you know already as to what to expect from the trash truck workers collecting trash to the Amazon drivers parking along side of the road,or wherever they can find a spot since parking seems to be scarce. The food they serve is always hot and there are no complaints there. The service however is a tad slow, that's because they only have two people working. The girl behind the counter, and the other girl in the back. Mind you I went to pick up an online order @ 11am on a Friday. I had to wait for my order to be ready for nearly 10 minutes. This location needs to have at least one more person helping out. It used to be that they actually had 3 people working at the same time, I wonder what happened? Anyways just know that from the time they open it's a conveyor belt of customers flocking to get their Dunkin fix. Just be mindful of what time you place your order. Service experience was good but make sure to order later on during the day. If you go to this location just know what to expect when you're there. Otherwise I would recommend this location.

Ordered iced flavor coffee, but when I picked it up, I could tell they added ice to hot coffee. It was warm, half sweet. Online order was quick, but had to toss half of coffee as my ice was melted…
They messed up my order after I clearly stated it twice. Food was mediocre at best (egg sandwich and avacado toast).

Several months back the service here used to be very nice very fast. I don’t know what group of people they have working here now at least as of June 20 24, but the service is really bad very slow and they keep messing up the orders.

They're always missing items when you order through Doordash. This happened twice. Doordash does not refund the full price of the missing item. 2 muffins ordered= $6, one muffin missing, I got a $1.75 refund. Just pick it up in person. Never use Doordash for this place.

Second time in the past two weeks they did not have what was ordered via mobile order. This time, my husband went to pick up the order and was given poor customer service when he requested a refund for the items they did not have available (when they refused to substitute for an item of equal value when a discount was available through the app on this item). Needless to say, we will be giving our business to other donut shops in this area that have better customer service.

This new staff is the worst. I ordered online, came 15 minutes later to pick up, and the guy just gave me half of my order. When I tried to let him know, he said this is what tou ordered even though it was on the receipt. He laughed and said, "Did you want more?" I had to stay explaining over and over what's in the bag and what's on the receipt. Then it took two people to make the rest of my food, and they had me wait so long. The worst, the absolute worst, made me very late this morning to work, and I missed half of my meeting. I miss the old staff, they rarely made a mistake, they were professional, and very quick.
