The Chai was the worst I've ever had from a DD. It tasted like warm water, a splash of milk, sprinkled with Chinese 5-spice. Order plain coffee and doughnuts or nothing from this location

Was on Rockville pike. Went in for a morning pick me up. Croissant sandwich was Luke warm. Chocolate milk warm as well and my apple pie was partially burnt. Disappointed. Will stick to dunkin near my house

Horrible. 1 toilet working instead of 2 and you need to have someone's help to open it. Insane. I had to go to the bathroom really bad before I ordered something, so I was upset.

I went to help my friend move to a new apartment. I offered to bring coffee and he requested a box of coffee from Dunkin’ for everyone. I got a chai latte for myself. The staff were so nice and calm. A very good experience. Thank you!

Made a mobile order on the DunKings DunQueens $6 Meal Deal. Arrived in ten minutes and the order was ready on the pickup shelves. No interaction with any staff. They took all chairs away from the window seats. Each table either had a patron or had some stuff on it. It seemed there were not just one patron had stayed there for quite long while, because of some strange smell. The $6 meal deal was a good buy. The sausage egg cheese croissant sandwich was made as expected. The portion of hash browns were fair. The coffee was hot as usual.

My family and I always come to this Dunkin store whenever we can, but we noticed on Sundays especially today, there is only one employee working hard, lines are long, and the waiting takes too long. There should at least two people working at this location. One as a cashier, making drinks, and anorher person making sandwiches or taking mobile order for example. This message is for management to be more conscious and considered toward their staff.
