Made a mobile order on the DunKings DunQueens $6 Meal Deal. Arrived in ten minutes and the order was ready on the pickup shelves. No interaction with any staff. They took all chairs away from the window seats. Each table either had a patron or had some stuff on it. It seemed there were not just one patron had stayed there for quite long while, because of some strange smell. The $6 meal deal was a good buy. The sausage egg cheese croissant sandwich was made as expected. The portion of hash browns were fair. The coffee was hot as usual.

My family and I always come to this Dunkin store whenever we can, but we noticed on Sundays especially today, there is only one employee working hard, lines are long, and the waiting takes too long. There should at least two people working at this location. One as a cashier, making drinks, and anorher person making sandwiches or taking mobile order for example. This message is for management to be more conscious and considered toward their staff.

I started working in the area a little over 6 months ago. This Dunkin is within walking distance from my job so I visit often out of convenience. When I first began visiting the service was great. Fast forward to now. My order is always missing something whether it be them serving me iced coffee instead of cold brew or my drink missing cold foam, one munchkin. These things seem minor but when you’re paying extra for something you expect to get it. I understand the rush but taking 5-10 more seconds to make sure someone’s order is correct wouldn’t hurt. I always say when working in the service industry would you as a worker be satisfied with the service you provide. I truly hope the service gets better.

I ordered on line, but when I went to puck up (at the time I was supposed to) there was nothing left. They tried to refund but the machine did not work with my phone. They asked me to bring the physical card, which I did several day later, and they denied the refund since they had lost the receipt. They promised to call, which dis not happened. I went again (4th time) to the store and no one knew about this.This is really bad. It’s not much money, but if they take money without delivering, it is not real business. I sent a complaint to the company, and no response either. Be careful with ordering on line.
