This is one of those places you maybe go once but never again.Somethings I wish I knew before going.EVERYTHING HAVE A 20% tip automatically added.Karaoke is $60+tax+%20 tip (automatically added) so about $75 a hour.Make sure you leave on time you tell them 2 hours, they won’t tell you your time is up.Bathrooms are grosssssssss.Bottle Water is like $3 (+20% tip, again) and it’s Members Mark water (Sams club purified water) literally it’s $4.28 for 40 bottles at sams club. (11 cents a bottle, 2,7000% markup). THEY CHARGING DISNEY LAND PRICES HILARIOUS.Food is ehhhhhh, okay.Drinks were decent/average.Service was fast and attentive.The song selection is okay, don’t really have any new songs.

Unfortunately we waited 45 min for a sweet potato side dish and 1 skewer. Had to just ask for the check and left. The place was empty on a Friday night so not a matter of bandwidth, just awful sad service/ management or I really have no idea…. Don’t waste your time.

I just got my ordered delivered from uber eats and boy did I receive a messed up order. I ordered spicy beef soup, got everything but the BEEF! Also i got shrimp spring rolls. What did it get?? Veg spring roll and got charge for the shrimp that never was. I waited hours for this food to come to only be disappointed in get soup, noodles, and veg SR. Terrible

I wasn’t that crazy about my food but that’s ok I was looking forward to coming back and trying something different. Loved the atmosphere and my drinks. I was disappointed that they took the tip out a head of time as I was only a party of one, and the service was just OK ???? and the server just threw the check at me not even the server that took my order. Is this new I never had a restaurant take out the tip for me as a party of one sitting at the bar.

My review is based on the karaoke experience and not dine-in only. I came here for the first time for a friend's birthday party and then came some time much later with a friend on a weekday afternoon to sing karaoke. I was nervous for the experience based on the reviews, but honestly, the service was fantastic both times I have been here for karaoke. The servers were very friendly and accommodating. For my friend's birthday, she had ordered some appetizers and I ordered drinks for the party. Everything came quickly, was delicious, and everybody had an amazing time at the end of the night. The price for the karaoke rooms is very reasonable on its own. As for the price for alcoholic drinks, it is price I expect for buying alcohol in an establishment rather than a store, so I will not comment on the price.For the second time I came, I only ordered drinks and water, and while the bottled water is very overpriced, I still had a good time with my friend. If you are coming here for karaoke, I would ask the staff if there is an option for free water from the tap. If not, I would buy a bottled water and refill it in the bathroom sink. The karaoke rooms are clean and if your microphone runs out of battery, the employees are very quick to replace them. You won't find every English song on their karaoke software, but there's still plenty of songs you can sing to for hours. The software can be a bit confusing to navigate at first, but you get used to it quickly. I will be back here again.
Their karaoke set up is one of the best I’ve experienced! The servers were so friendly and I really enjoyed their food. Would definitely come again and highly recommend!

What a fun place to get your karaoke fix in. It does help to have someone who speaks Mandarin though in your party. Make reservations in advance. I wish it was easier to find music, but I find if you do a search instead of using their charts you can find your songs. There is good catalog of English songs with some new latest songs. Haven't eaten here, but they have a good selection of soju and I like their beer towers. The room was getting really warm so they turned on the AC for us. You press a button by the door for service.

Great Karaoke rooms!!!! Everyone was extremely nice and food was absolutely delicious. We had a 3 hour room and it was just enough time to sing everything we wanted among the three of us. Food got there fast.
