First time we arrived and last, the food is 7/10. The service was very bad, in my case the waitress was charging for a bottle of water that we never ordered and I never brought it to the table. And then I see a charge of $4 “for disposable plates” ? This seems strange to me that they charge you for the plates, for the first time in my life I see this and we order to eat there.

Very bad customer service ? They take a while to deliver the food... A year ago I came and never returned because of the delay in the delivery of the food. When I arrived at the restaurant there were no customers. Then 10 people arrived and the food was delivered to them. When I get up from the table they ask what I ordered I had already been waiting for half an hour I was very hungry at 2.30 in the afternoon and went without breakfast. In the end they never delivered it to me. the food and they charged me $35

So far have had the quesadillas and burritos. Horchata and Alfajores are very tasty. People were nice when we were there. It is a little run down inside but has no effect on the food.

Used to be much better. In recent times the prices have gone up substantially, they don't answer their phones for orders, they have terrible customer service.
For a much better experience and food I recommend Pollo Central in Aspen Hill.

I'm not one to go around posting reviews but this restaurant deserves a I paid $24 for a lomo saltado that doesn't serve the potatoes they made them with 5 chips ?the meat was very dry they couldn't even give it a sauce and when talking to them but not even an apology no Spend your money in this place. Terrible service
