So far have had the quesadillas and burritos. Horchata and Alfajores are very tasty. People were nice when we were there. It is a little run down inside but has no effect on the food.
I came with my 2-year-old son to eat here, but the place was very cold, I told the girls and they told me that they couldn't turn up the heating because they didn't have the key to the heat regulator. ??
It's nice to see that the place is still standing. After 6 years of traveling all over the world, I've never been to another restaurant that really water my mouth whenever I reminisce about Maryland.I grew up here, I worked at the nearby medical offices on Rockville Pike. Every lunch, id walk to this restaurant rain, shine, or sleet and order practically the same thing. A half chicken, Yucca, and Plantains. I knew the owner, he knew me as well.
