First time here for St. Paddy's Day lunch of traditional corned beef and cabbage. I have no idea what i was served, but it was nothing like any CB&C I've ever seen; completely indistinguishable mash of slop. On the positive side, a very friendly and efficient staff.

honestly majority of the staff has a horrible attitude and the security lies about where you can/can’t stand to save room for regulars. it’s embarrassing what this establishment has become in the last few weeks, don’t waste your money the staff truly hasn’t earned it with their lack of kindness and hospitality.

We went the Saturday before St Patrick's Day, so it was super busy. We came specifically to get corned beef for St. Patrick's Day.
The musicians were great! The staff was tremendously accommodating and helpful. Every drink and item arrived exactly right, including special requests.
The only disappointment was the corned beef. I think maybe it was re-heated from the night before? It looked and tasted like sliced roast beef.
I guess the bacon was a small disappointment, too, as I was hoping for Irish bacon. They called it a rasher, so that's what I expected. But in the end, any bacon is good bacon and I enjoyed it.
Everything else was good, but I feel like corned beef is a pretty important menu item at a place named Finnegan's Wake.
I know the staff would have been very agreeable if I had asked for a replacement or returned. I probably should have. They have lots of other great things on their menu. But I was enjoying the music and talking with family and didn't even think about it at the time.

Had Harp Lager and Corned Beef and Cabbage. You can see in the picture how beautiful the dish is and it was delicious. Really nice atmosphere. Really good crowd at bar, I got the only empty seat. Good music, not too loud. Bridget waited on me.
