I come here often! But, after today. Never again! Jimmy John's would never!I live very close to this place. Look how my sandwich looks. Super soggy & sloppy!After trying to pick up my sub, it just fell apart!I asked for extra lettuces and cucumbers. Didn't get that. Just a sloppy sandwich!This has never happened here!The cashier was super weird and lied stating I couldn't give him my phone number for my rewards. He stated I had to submit my receipt on the app. But, he took the couple that was behind me number!

I live nearby and come here often (twice/three times a week). The last two times I have visited this location, I have found a hair in my sandwich and on top of my sandwich. Not sure what is going on in their kitchen, but it needs to be checked over by corporate or the health department.
