Good home style cooking. I enjoyed the Bacalo with rice & beans & a fresh lemonade. Reasonable prices too.

mixed feelings about this place. I visited with a bunch of my friends, and the food itself was pretty good, but the drinks were pretty bad. The atmosphere of the restaurant is pretty disgusting. If I’m being honest, it feels really dirty and dingy. Customer service was not great at all, the food took a really long time to arrive, and the waiter rarely checked on us.

First time in this restaurant, Ive been there before when it was Peruvian food never really cared for the bathroom situation but anyways. Food was good the service not so good the waiter barely checked on us and took forever to bring the food it's not like it was crowded we were the only one halfway thru our dinner. One thing too keep an eye for is that most of the main dishes do nott include sides as other restaurants do for example if a carne asada is order then you'll end up paying $4.99 per side so of course the "very friendly" waiter said that we can order as many sides as we can, duuuuhhh of course he will suggest that at $4.99 each side you be up for a surprise when you get the check bit i didnt order that lol it was just am example. Overall food was good service sucked.

Second time coming (first time was ok) and now definitely the last. Showed up around 8:30pm on a Friday night with the family. A Dominican restaurant with no Dominican soda and no Dominican Moro of any kind. Ok…Guys walks in who looked like a DJ and cranks up the music so obnoxiously loud that my ears are still ringing hours later. If I wanted to go to a night club I wouldn’t driven directly there. Just beyond deafening and worse part, didn’t even sound good- just loud. Even when people were covering their ears the DJ continued to wave his hands in the air like he just didn’t care.Ordered the shrimp mofongo, EXTREMELY salty. My daughters pork mofongo was dry as heck. When I asked for sauce for the mofongo waiter brings me thousand island dressing????? Um, not Dominican at all.

So happy to have been able to celebrate my mothers birthday here. Fun ambiance, great music and best of all THE FOOD IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST DOMINICAN cuisine around.Their mofongo is one of my favorites. Also, a “Picadera” is a must have dish appetizer! Try all of the delicious fried goodies, flavored and fried perfectly accompanied with a side of crunchy green plantains! The young lady’s who work here are also so pleasant as well!

Great food and great service, just like back home. I’ll be back again even though I have to drive 45 mins to get here. Worth the trip!

The music was way too loud, that they speakers began to emit a high-pitched squeak even our server was struggling to hear us & apologized, she was very nice. The tostones were not crispy, & needed a little salt, there weren't any condiments on the table. We weren't given any plates or napkins for the appetizers.Napkins came afterwards, very few.Utensils wrapped in a cloth napkin arrived with our main dishes. The sancocho & the moro were bland in taste. The other food we ordered was good. The empanadas were very good.

Easy going casual place, good service, delicious food. We had the stewed goat and it was wonderful. Fried plantains were awesome. Wait staff speak Spanish so be prepared!

The garlic chicken was absolutely delish! Service could use a little beefing up. I would definitely return.

We arrived at 2:30 pm after driving 15 miles to try the sancocho, only to learn that they were out. The excuse was that they had sold out earlier in the day. For breakfast?! Looking around, only 2 tables were utilized with diners. The pastelitos were salty. The chicharron de cerdo was dry, over-priced, and simply blah. Even the staff, one bartender/hostess and one waitress, offered little engagement due to their socializing with whom seemed to be personal friends in the bar area. The one treat was what seemed to be a freshly made salsa that they only provided a thimble's worth but absolutely necessary due to the dryness and lack of seasoning (besides salt) in the dishes.
