I didn't get a chance to try what was supposed to be a very delicious gelato because they didn't ship out my order. Their ads and phone message say they ship to all 50 states but I found out the hard way they don't want to ship to California because it costs too much to ship even though I paid them $35 for shipping. It wasn't until a week after I ordered and paid for my dad's gift, and after trying to call several times unable to leave a message because their mailbox was full, that I found this out. Not cool.

The Gelato is good but do not order through door dash or grub hub unless you want a random flavor...they substitute flavors without calling to check. And the apple pie crumble was not near as good as the coconut amore that I ordered.

I am very disappointed in the decline of this gelato. The mint stracciatella originally had a very minty taste with lots of dark chocolate chips. In the most recent version, the mint flavor is barely discernible and the chip content has been reduced by about 80%. This is also the case with the chocolate stracciatella. What used to be a superior product is now just average.

Our family has tried the chocolate stracciatella, mint stracciatella and strawberry. All so creamy and delicious! More importantly, the customer service is amazing. There have been delays with mail delivery in our area so Gemma personally drove to our home to deliver our gelato to us. AMAZING! We will definitely be ordering more.
