The bedding was worn and difficult to keep in place. The sheets were thin and worn, and did not fit the mattress. By morning, the sheet was a tangled mess at the foot of the bed. The hot tub was not working fully. The water was hot but none of the water jets were working. This property is located very close to a hospital. Ambulances were heard throughout the day and night.
Hotel was nice. The breakfast is nothing like Hilton Garden Inn used to have and nothing g in the menu ala carte. You get it as marked and no substitutes. With hit and miss service. As for room. Seven days. No emptying of garbage. No replacement of towels.
Very good experience. Suite was good, facilities good, staff great. They have a problem with their door locks but that was a minor issue compared to the good things. I stayed here for 9 weeks and felt comfortable and well looked after. Would recommend
