Make sure to double check your bill. My party of 5 was charged with a mandatory 20% tip, automatically, even though the policy indicates 18% mandatory for party of 6 or more.

They were not busy, with less than 30% tables filled. The server didn’t provide kimchi and bean sprout like they usually do. 20% of the meat was burn.

I gave them 3 starts before new management this place used to be my favorite place to go to. My family and I love honey pig. we miss the old management they were more friendly and pleasant. Now with the new staff this place has changed my perspective. New management rush and really don’t pay attention to what you want to order. My family and I were very Disappointed in the customer service that was given to us.

We were here on Saturday, June 30, the atmosphere was not good the server had an attitude, the service was awful, they didn’t welcome the customer, they didn’t put the side dish on the table, the food was small portions, they don’t come to you to ask if you need more meat, we ask for our second meat, they just ignore as we ask again we wait for 10mins to get our meats. We ask for the bills and we pay they don’t say thank you at all, we’re very disappointed, they don’t treat customers nicely it. They charge us for the tip automatically , and they expecting us to put more tips , nope , if you good service and you treat your customers nicely probably we add more tips , but no . ?

Server was extremely rude. We got a few entrés and it’s as if they were mad we were ordering to much for some reason. Good was a 4/5. Will go to other kbbq spots like kpot instead of here were customer service is way better.

The food was decent, our server (younger asian guy) was great and really nice, however the older korean lady is a piece of work. She harped on us for not leaving a bigger tip. Mind you it was a 10% tip which I think is reasonable given that it's a korean BBQ place where we ourselves are also cooking at the table. Tipping culture itself has gotten out of control but people making a scene because they want to throw a temper tantrum for not getting more is plain rude and childish. She completely ruined our experience and needs a reality check. Recommended avoiding.

I didn’t know what to expect with such low ratings (was about to go to the Chinese-Korean hotpot place), but the food was delicious and fresh - flavors were just right. I did go on a “slower” weekday dinner. But for a Kbbq spot at this price point — this place is great! I would definitely come back. I wouldn’t be discouraged by the salty reviews. This place tastes authentic and great.

Didn’t know what to expect not really my cup of tea. But I was with a party of 10. There was way more food on our table than I thought we could possible eat and I knew I was just going to pick. The food was actually good, season well. No one left hungry. I definitely gave them a thumbs up.

The main Korean lady who ran the place was rude and charged us for one of our toddlers who didn't even eat. When we asked her to fix it, she did it with an attitude and then upped the price for our other child who only ate a bowl of rice to compensate for the price fix we asked for. She told us we should have told her before we sat down which we explained we thought they would eat but the kids were cranky and refused to do so. She said we still had to pay and we ended up paying $10 for a small side dish of rice -_-
Our waitress and the guy cleaning out area were both nice and helpful. Food was ok, sauces were subpar. Won't be returning or recommending.

Delicious food! I especially like the pork shoulder! It's a Korean bbq so you get to cook your own food on the grill in front of you. It's part of the fun of Korean bbq. They also have a great beverage selection at this location and a really cute robot server that sings.

Parking: Lots of parking at this location since it's in a shopping center.

THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. First of all when we were seated our server just started throwing the side dishes in our table. She didnt say Hello or anything. So rude. she asked us what we wanted and left with our menu. When she came back with the brisket, she tossed it! She didnt give us tongs or anything. We had to ask another server for it. We cooked the meat ourselves because she was nowhere to be seen for 5 minutes. We waited maybe another 8 minutes and the pan was starting to smoke a lot and it was burning our faces. Not one server checked up on us like how can you not notice all that smoke. IT WAS HORRIBLE and UNACCEPTABLE. When she came back, we decided that we wanted to leave because this whole experience was ruining our night. We were telling her that she never checked up on us and she was saying im here now blah blah. Couldnt understand what she was saying. Then Tim came and gave us the bill. He made sure that we were okay and was very accommodating. He charged us for one person instead of two. Even though We only had one beef brisket but was charged for the full experience. We paid anyways because we wanted to get out of there and we know we wont be coming back. Avoid this place there are betted AYCE KBBQ with better service.
