Great experience!!!
Went on a Saturday afternoon before dinner rush. The skewers were on point with good table set up, we ended up removing the basket grill and use the slots for skewers. The hot pot was ok. This is a great ayce skewer place with ipad ordering and they bring the food out pretty quick.

Fun spot to have AYCE grill skewers and hot pot, good service, and the dining manager did a great job to handle the crowds.
My only complaint is that I wish they could cut the beef tongue a little thinner?

What a bad experience!
No signal at all in the KARAOKE room.
Very inconvenient to choose songs via cellphone.
No service at all but charging mandatory 20% tip.
If you want to spend money just to get frustrated, this is the best choice:)

This Karaoke really goes above and beyond when it comes to redefining customer service. Imagine my surprise when I found out the first floor is a restaurant, yet the second-floor Karaoke doesn't even bother with something as luxurious as water or cups. I mean, who needs hydration when you're belting out songs, right? They must really want us to feel that dry, raspy voice--it's all about the 'artistic expression,' clearly. Thirsty? Well, they've got you covered. Just take a nice little trip back downstairs to the restaurant and spend a little bit extra for the meal. It's not like you came here to relax or anything.
But honestly, the best part of the whole experience? The service. I've never experienced anything quite like it. In a place this huge, you'd think they'd be tech-savvy, but no, they're sticking with that 'retro charm.' When I asked a simple question about the WiFi password, the staff's response was a masterpiece: 'We don't have WiFi, deal with it. Or hey, how about I lend you my phone to pick your songs?' Wow, what generosity! Nothing says five-star service like borrowing the staff's personal phone to navigate a menu. I almost had to applaud their confidence in being so unapologetically dismissive. You really don't see that kind of dedication just anywhere!
And to top it all off, after enduring this 'top-tier' service, I was absolutely floored when I saw the bill. They had the nerve to automatically tack on a 20% tip. Yes, you read that right--20% for service that felt more like they were doing me a favor by just being there. I didn't know I was paying extra for the privilege of this kind of VIP perk. It's almost like they should've charged me for the comedic value of the whole experience instead.
I'd highly recommend this place to anyone dealing with depression. Why? After experiencing this level of downright baffling service, you'll leave feeling so frustrated and bewildered that it'll completely distract you from anything else going on in your life. The sheer absurdity of it is comical! You might find yourself laughing at the ridiculousness of it all, which is definitely a mood booster. It's almost like a cure for depression--just focus on the outrageousness, and your problems will seem so much smaller in comparison.

I would give the store a 0 star if I can. I came to this store for karaoke, the service was really bad. Me and my friends tried to order songs through the phone, however, the signal was not great on my friends phones. So we called the server into the room and ask for the WiFi password for the internet of the store. The server said, “our store doesn’t have WiFi, do you wanna use my phone to order the song?” I mean it is understandable if the store don’t have WiFi for the customers to use, but the sever don’t have to said do you wanna use my phone to order the song, the attitude of the server was really bad. I spend money here for fun, not bad attitude and bad service.

This was my first time eating here. The restaurant was pretty empty when I was sat so it wasn't hard at all to get a table. Everything was explained to me but the hostess kind of sped through everything and was kind of soft spoken so I needed to have her repeat everything a couple of times in order to understand what she was saying. I honestly don't know if I even had a server because for the most part the manager who was on the floor checked on me more than the actual servers did which is disappointing. The food came out quickly but the servers just kind of put the food on the table and left. I had food from both the hotpot menu and the skewer menu. I chose the golden vegetarian soup base for my hotpot which was good and flavorful. The skewers weren't really marinated with anything so they were bland. I want to say that the staff was nice but I had almost no interaction with the staff apart from them dropping off my food and the check. All in all the food is fine I guess. It's an option that exists but I will probably not be back unless I am with someone that really wants to go here.

It’s all you can eat now so it’s really nice and worth! The hot pot and skewers were really good. There were a lot of options for hotpot and the skewers were fresh.

Service was very nice and accommodating.
Food standard hotpot things but all good quality. The skewers were seasoned great and didn't take too long to roast.
Inside is big and spacious. Each table had lots of space for all the meats and veggies to place down.

It’s $35/person.But if u compared with Umi,they don’t have many food options. The American waitress’ service attitude just so so.But when u pay the bill, she chose the 20% tip for customer.Btw spicy chicken knee is tasty good.
Drinks are expensive and are not good. Tablet malfunction as result drink was doubled. They pretended to be fixing problem, until I saw double charge. Tips were automatically taken without asking and payment app defaults to another 20% tip after first 20% already taken.
If anything I should have removed from the tip cost of the second drink I didn't order, especially after leaving them both untouched on the table... Technically I tried one and spit it out...
At the end I was asked if want copy of the receipt, I said yes, waited for 20 min. Guy was serving other people never bothered to bring back receipt...
AVOID! There are a lot of better places around them for the same amount of money.
This was my first and last time there ..

An AYCE Hotpot and skewer place that offers both the quantity and quality as the meats you get ate super tender and soft as well as the skewer being super seasoned. I recommend the angus beef or beef belly for the hot pot and definitely try the beef and lamb skewers!
