This place is SOOOO good. Wanted to introduce my dad to hot pot and THIS is the place I'm brining him to tomorrow. So many options, even if they didnt have skewers it'd be 10/10. But they do. So it's 15/10 for me. Keep doing what you do ya'll. We are regulars and always will be ❤️

The best hot pot I ever had. Sadly they didn't have the broth I've gotten at other hot pot places, but they had plenty of extras to make up for it. The short rib scewers and Angus beef were the best.

Booked the VIP Karaoke room for my birthday more than a week advance only to be told on the DAY OF that they had a made a mistake and double booked the room. I asked if I could get a discount for the medium room since they made a mistake, manager said no. I had been to Hulu 3 times due to their fascinating skewer system, chill vibe, & convenience of doing karaoke and food at the same time. Overall, the food is mid and can be replaced by other competitors; but the service and communication for reservations needs to be improved.

The menu has become noticeably more limited compared to before, and the ingredients didn’t feel fresh. Most of the seafood items are now gone, which was disappointing. The service was good, but due to the overall food quality, I don’t plan on coming back anytime soon. The best part of the meal was the dessert ice cream.
My family loves coming here! The meat quality is really good, especially at this price point. We like that you can bbq by yourself, and the place where you put your skewers actually rotates so that your skewers are always turning and so the meat is cooked evenly. You can also eat hot pot here, and the price includes both. They actually have the authentic Chinese hot pot sauces, which isn't available every where. We come for the BBQ, but end up eating a lot of hot pot. Its become our go to bbq and hot pot place, if we loved closer, I'd eat here every week.

Like many similar places, ordering is done through a tablet system, which is convenient and user-friendly. Service was fast — we visited on a Wednesday evening when it wasn’t too busy, and the food arrived promptly.
The ingredient selection is plentiful and fresh, offering a wide variety of meats, seafood, and vegetables. It’s pretty much on par with other similar hot pot & BBQ spots in the area.
Both the hot pot and BBQ options were flavorful and satisfying — nothing particularly fancy, but everything tasted good and was well-prepared.
Overall, a solid option if you’re craving hot pot and grill — clean, efficient, and enjoyable.

I had a wonderful experience at Hulu Hot Pot for my very first visit! We went on a Sunday night and were pleasantly surprised to find the restaurant nearly empty, which meant no wait time at all. We were seated immediately, and the hostess was incredibly kind and helpful, taking the time to explain how to order and how everything worked.
Dinner was $36 per person, and it was absolutely worth every penny. Hulu offers an all-you-can-eat hot pot experience with BBQ and skewers included – a unique and exciting combination. The skewers were a standout for both my husband and me; they were absolutely delicious and quickly became our favorite part of the meal. Watching them cook on a slow rotating platform was such a cool and fun touch that added to the overall experience.
The condiment bar was especially impressive, offering a wide variety of sauces, spices, and flavor combinations that surpassed what we’ve seen at other AYCE hot pot places. Service throughout the evening was excellent – every order we placed arrived promptly and accurately.
We’re already looking forward to returning with family and friends. Hulu Hot Pot delivered on every level: quality, value, service, and atmosphere. We cannot recommend this place enough!
Came here with friends for dinner and it was fun. The bbq skewers were tasty and the hot pot was good too, it’s an AYCE restaurant. Overall the food came out quick but the funny part was when you order the bbq beef rib lets, it comes out with 1 single piece. So my son had to order like 10 pieces.. During our dinner all of the sudden the bbq light popped and trip the switch. Ending up we couldn’t grill or cook the hot pot for a good 20 mins. But it’s still cool, shit happens :)
