I’ve been to this location twice in a month and each time came away satisfied. It’s a nice and inviting “port of call” in the middle of the night. The food is decent, service is fine, and it’s no frills no hassle. The big brunch steak burger that is topped with an egg and ihop sauce on a brioche bun is tasty, but could be a bit bigger. I also miss the corn beef hash they used to have but their omelettes are good. The maple syrup that sits on each table needs to be wiped cleaned more regularly. Our old fashioned syrup bottle was practically glued to the syrup tray. Clearly this location drums up a lot of charity bc there are tons of donation leaflets hanging from the ceilings. Ample parking nearby.

The worst experience of my LIFE at this iHop. Our server never said anything to us but “okay.” Didn’t even tell us his name. And he was telling us to move things around for him. He didn’t even serve us! Just dropped off food. This was the worst dining experience I’ve had. By far. EVER. Never come here. Food was disgusting and rushed. Not even a please or thank you. I’m usually a huge tipper and still tipped him 18% but he tried to add a 35% tip without me looking. I’m in shock about this experience.

I asked the waitress if the ice coffee had sugar in it, and she said no, which was not true. The food is so overpriced, and the atmosphere seemed packed like a can of sardines.
Great food and place. Waiter was amazing, I wanted a weird combo of food and ordered what I thought would get me it all from one dish with two substitutions. Waiter came back in a bit letting me know i could get what I wanted in a diffrent dish substitutioning differently for less and got it changed. HECK

Good food, service was a little spotty (with refills and whatnot, also hard to get the attention of the server to order). After leaving I realized the server added an extra soda on the tab that we didn't order. Server had a lovely attitude when they came around though! I would have tipped 18% anyways but wished I went and said something about the extra charge :/

Went in last Sunday, didn't get great service from a server who I won't mention by name here, so left no tip. Informed him of such cause he asked about it in front of others.
Apparently he decided that no wasn't an answer and decided to CHARGE my card for a tip anyway! Thinking I wouldn't notice.
AVOID THIS IHOP, service was spotty (although admittedly I did notice other wait staff that sounded and seemed fine and friendly, just not MINE) and apparently will ROB from you if you call them out on it.
And no, I'm not one who believes you shouldn't ever tip. But I DO believe it should come with basic service. Not 90 minutes with one refill, not asking about splitting the check, service luke warm food, and then passively aggressively demanding a tip. Then ROBBING it anyway.
I took my daughter in for a treat after a rough medical procedure- this place was super fast, our waiter Waqif (apologies if i messed that up, its what the receipt says) was prompt and super friendly! The food came out so fast it was almost suspicious (that's a joke, management). They're running a super tight ship there. The only thing I would say as a longtime former server is that it's a bad look to have a bunch of employees standing around on the back wall. Waqif was never just standing around though! He was hustling and moving, he truly deserves all the kudos, and I hope the managers there appreciate him, I know I cherished coworkers like him back when I was waiting tables. (Including at ihop! For over 8 years!)
