Worst service. Nobody at the counter would assist. The girl with all the make up too busy on her phone! The other guy at the counter ignores me while I’m order a 16.00 cheesesteak. He doesn’t speak at all! I ask him why isn’t he paying attention he says we close in 15 minutes. All bye. Close the open sign and close the store. Don’t be upset at me because you’re closing in 15 minutes!! Never coming back here again! Terrible service. Terrible staff.

Great subs. The veggie is generous with cheese and this time the slicer wiped down the machine before cutting my cheese and the sub maker changed his gloves, both without me asking. I thanked them both. FYI, you can ask for those touches but not having to made me feel respected in a place that mostly sells meat. Five stars earned. Don't sleep on the whole wheat sub roll here, it's delicious.

Jersey Mike’s always delivers! The food is fresh, the ingredients taste high-quality, and the staff is consistently friendly and fast. My sub was made exactly how I wanted it, and you can’t beat how good it tastes “Mike’s Way.” The store was clean, service was quick, and everything felt well-run. Easily one of the best sandwich spots around. Highly recommend!

Great food very busy location

Embarrassingly small portion — smaller than a fork and almost as thin. Totally not worth it. Last time for me.

This team was very efficient, polite and hard working. In between the lunch rush, they check on customers, swept and cleaned the working area. Great team and food!

The Italian Sub was THE BEST SUB I HAD IN A LONG TIME

First, I want to say I really like their sandwiches. I used to buy off their menu regularly. However, they do not warn you about how extremely expensive it is to order a simple custom sub, which I think is dishonest to say the least.

One day, I said I don't really want all the stuff that comes on a full menu sandwich, can I just get a simple foot long with turkey, cheese, and salami? Sure, the guy says. Makes the sandwich. Charges me $22.95. I was so shocked that a three ingredient sandwich was more expensive than the menu options, so I asked if that was really correct, and he insisted it was.

If they don't want you to modify sandwiches, that's fine, but they should just say so. Acting like it is fine and then charging through the nose for it is not ok.

Was craving a sub and Jersey Mike's has the best subs customer service was great from station to finish i didn't get the two tall guys name but they we're great thank you will definitely be back. Keep up the good work

Today they were going fast very moody disrespectful no one smiled I know it’s Monday but wow today was not a good experience at all they were kind rude to me to when I wanted my sandwich a certain way

The food is fine, but I got a sweet tea I got from the fountain isn't sweet. I can just BARELY taste any sugar in it. Its like they dumped a single packet of sugar in the 5+ gallon container of tea (at room temp, nonetheless instead of while it was hot.)

I've had sweet tea from other Jersey Mikes and it was FAR sweeter. Not McD's level (which is too sweet,) but actually sweetened.

And, of course, they had no sugar or other sweeteners in the resturant.
