Tldr: made the wrong sandwich, and manager said they would remake it. Went into talk to the manager about it. It sandwich maker employee was rude and judgmental in his tone, body language and dismissive and questioning whether the mistake actually occurred and discriminate against me just because of my disability and because I'm South Asian Dear Jersey Mike's, I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your [falls Grove shopping center] store. On [October 14th], I placed an online order for a chicken Philly sandwich. When I arrived to pick it up. I thought everything was good after I went back home and opened the bag. I got a sandwich that was burrito style, which was an odd one. I specifically requested they make it with parmesan rosemary bread. I called, and the manager on duty said he would remake it for me when I came in and told one of the employees what happened. The employee was being rude to me and dismissive and was questioning me and saying, Was it really the store? I don't like his unprofessional tone and body language toward me. This is the second time I've been treated in a disrespectful way at this location, and I believe this is happening to me because I'm a minority who's South Asian and because I'm disabled. This is totally ridiculous and totally out of line. Please correct your staff's behavior.

Terrible service, requested extra meat on my sub and paid extra and didn't get it. Too many young ppl working and can't even greet you and having you waiting while trying to purchase some chips and drinks. They just look you straight in the face and act like your invisible while talking to thier co workers.

oh baby; delicious, fluffy bread, fresh deli meat sliced as you order, and fresh veggies and condiments all add up to a winning combination. Price is higher than your typical sub shop, but quality is top-notch. Be sure to enjoy your sandwich with the olive oil and vinegar combo. Just remember, a little goes a long way, other wise you could end up with a ______. Nom nom nom! ?
Parking: Parking is free, but a boat load of ppl come here for lunch, which could make it take a while before you get through the tight entrance to the parking lot.

Jersey Mike's has a variety of freshly made subs and sandwiches. We chose a steak and cheese sub and an Italian Sub. There was plenty of meat on both subs and toppings of your choice. I recommend this restaurant.

I order from here all the time, usually via grubhub. However, this day I decided to go pick it up myself as the delivery cost was almost as much as the food! Service was great, I was greeted upon walking in. Sandwich was prepared and out the door within 20 mins. However, I drove around the parking lot at least 3 times before finding a place close enough to park. Will definitely continue to order frome here as sandwich is always fresh and fixed just the way I like it. Whether or not I'll drive for pick up is another story.

I was here a while back and decided I wouldn’t return. The place was dirty and the staff was rude. I stopped in tonight when we were tight on time and I’m happy to report it’s really turned around. The staff were friendly and the sitting area was clean. The food is what you’d expect for Jersey Mike’s.Anyway, I just wanted to let the management and team know that what you’re doing is working and makes a difference to us customers. Keep it up!
