I heard many things about the Taiwanese Fried Chicken so I wanted to try it out. At this location you cannot choose the spice level. When it came out the chicken was very most crispy and the seasoning had a nice flavor to it.I also ordered a Jasmine Green Milk Tea which I loved. The boba was very firm and chewy and the tea flavor was good without being too sweet. Most places I order 30-50% sugar level but here I got 100% and it was perfect. That being sad, I could see how the tea isn't sweet enough for most people.

For food, I've only gotten the Taiwan Chicken with Spiced Salt and Basil so I can't speak on the rest of the menu, but the fried chicken is so so good, one of my favorite seasonings.I've also had their bubble tea. I felt it was way too sweet so if I go again I will make sure to specify half sugar.

The food here is delicious. I loved the fried tofu (barely spicy). Everything here is delicious and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it!Recommendation for vegetarians/vegans:I recommend that before ordering a dish, ask the ingredients to make sure that the dish does not have meat broth, as could happen in many recipes that do not have meat directly.Broadly speaking, the place is great and without a doubt a good place to eat Asian food. I love the name of the place!P.S you really must try the fried tofu!!

1.4.24 I was going to have lunch with a friend, but upon entering I noticed that the dining area was blocked off. I asked a staff member and was informed that they only do carryout on weekdays. Updating their website and putting signs up outside the cafe would be helpful. We were disappointed and decided on another restaurant in the same shopping center.

I find the egg drop soup here to be great for anyone with an upset stomach. I like to get the large size, which has 2-3 servings.I enjoy the delicious stir fries available here. They have a nice variety of other dishes.

Rarely would I give one or two stars for a business I've been a regular at for some time unless something pretty dire happens--this time it was a customer service related issue, which I would have never guessed a few weeks ago (when we were last here). Before getting into the customer service issue I'd have to say the food is generally tasty but priced a little higher than comparable places. The quality is also not entirely consistent. We have always thought the counter staff to be super nice and friendly--and reasonable, I once had a bubble tea here where they accidentally doubled my sugar. It was undrinkable (that is the only way to describe it). I took it back and they were apologetic and said anytime my drink did not taste right we could bring it back and they would remake it. Fast forward to today: our bubble teas tasted definitely strange and not what we ordered (we usually get the same thing) and we asked if they would make them over. One would have thought we were making some sort of outrageous request. Not only did the staff suddenly turn hostile and insist nothing was wrong with our drinks, it seemed like they didn't want to remake them (we had taken only a few sips--and were sure something was off). I couldn't understand their strange reaction but was firm about the fact the drinks did not taste right. We had also driven back early from a planned activity and taken the time to bring the drinks back to let them know and to receive what we had actually ordered. The counter staff continued to argue that nothing was wrong with the first drinks, but they reluctantly remade them. We were pretty shocked by this changed behavior--as if they had never seen us before when we brought the drinks back rather than treating us as regular customers --and even though they might have been having an off day or forgotten if something had been mixed incorrectly, there was no excuse for treating us the way they did. I left feeling sad and disappointed. That being said I can highly recommend the Jumbo Jumbo location in College Park which I also have been a regular at for many years. That one has never been disappointing and their food is much more consistent as is their service.

Love the popcorn chicken, pairs nicely with a refreshing drink of winter melon kumquat tea and lychee jelly.

Does not have seating except on weekends per the employees at the counter. Wasn’t mentioned elsewhere.

I’ve been here in the past before Covid and i remember jumbo jumbo being a lot better and more fresh! It’s still fresh but it just doesn’t taste the same anymore. I don’t like how you can’t dine in anymore when most places are dine in now versus take out. I would give them another try to see if things change as far as food goes.

A favorite family go to place for Chinese food. Great family-owned casual restaurant. They are very busy so order ahead. Since COVID, their dinning room section has been closed to patrons. Normally, one would order at the counter and the food is brought out to your table. You bus your own table when you are done and place your dishes and utensils into bins by the trash cans. Although tips are greatly appreciated but not required. Our family favorites are: 2 Taiwanese chicken appetizers , 2 Orange Chicken, 2 Orange Beef, any of their LoMein flavors, Moo Shi pork with 2 extra pancakes and sometimes we add Chicken fried rice. Also, their bubble tea flavors are wonderful and a must order item. We love their Almond Bubble tea, Blueberry smoothie with bubbles, plum black tea with bubbles and lychee milk tea with bubbles. We are a family of 5 adults (3 men and 2 women). There is a difference dinning in or carry out. If you order any orange beef or orange chicken, by the time you get it home, the crunch has been steamed away being in the take out containers. Eating those items at the restaurant is the best. As a compromise, you can ask to put the sauce on the side and add it when you get home. Having said that, you still get the best of those dishes eating it at the restaurant. We've been coming here since 2005.

Taiwanese fried popcorn chicken and passion fruit bubble tea with lychee jelly is the ultimate go-to! You can get just the chicken or you can get it as a meal that will come with rice topped with ground pork with some small veggies. You can also get the fried pork cutlet which is similar breading and flavoring that also comes with rice. Black milk tea with pudding here is also a classic! Staff is friendly and it’s a no frills atmosphere.
