My wife and I drove to this KFC restaurant and ordered there 6 piece meal to go. But when we arrived home and opened our order we found that instead of 6 piece meal we got 5 and 1/4 piece meal, because 6th piece was a very small piece of chicken wing.
Also, the server refused to give us a receipt.
We will never order food that this restaurant.

I will never buy chicken from this KFC again. It's the worst dry chicken I've ever gotten from a KFC. As much as they charge for this crap never again, no wonder they have a 2.9 rating online.

Ever have the feeling that you’ve been had? Take a look at this dry, almost petrified, drumstick. Now imagine an almost bucket-full of these things (wouldn’t dignify it by calling it chicken). Well done KFC! Paid $35 for this. You got me. Never again.

Did not get the drinks right. Didn’t give us any sauce and when i went back to get it, proceded to give me the wrong sauce while reading the order. Always gets stuff wrong, really slow.

I normally don’t leave bad reviews but this location is terrible. I given this location multiple chances but somehow Every time the order is messed up, (missing chicken, missing items I paid for, terrible customer service, food is sometimes stale)

Today we ordered chicken burritos with added black beans. Had to go in to ask them to verify that chicken was inside as we paid for it and had previous experience with chicken missing. They said chicken was added however when we got home there was no chicken. When we called a lady that barely spoke English ended up hanging up on us when we tried to explain it to her.

Avoid this location at all costs, based on the reviews we aren’t the only ones…

Ordered on the app. After waiting five minutes past the pickup they said they were still waiting for the order to come through. They wouldn't even prep the food for us, saying we must have been scammed! We placed it on the official app so yes, we were scammed by KFC.

One month ago, I waited there for 45 minutes to pick up my order. Today, Nov 29, 2024, after I waited for 10 minutes for my order the employee then came to tell that the chicken nuggets are still frozen and I need to wait at least 45 more minutes for my order to be ready.

I wanted to reach out to applaud the exceptional service I received at your 9910 Key West Avenue location. After all, it’s rare to find a drive-thru experience so uniquely lacking in the usual courtesies. The staff member who took my order seemed thoroughly disinterested, a refreshing change from the typical enthusiasm I encounter elsewhere. And when I arrived at the window, I was pleasantly surprised by the silence—no “hello,” no “thank you,” just a straightforward hand-off of my food.

It’s clear that this location has mastered the art of efficiency by skipping any unnecessary pleasantries. I figured this stellar approach was worth mentioning so that Taco Bell can be aware of the truly unforgettable customer experience being provided here.

The store says they close at 11 pm but they close by 8pm. So the drivethru is full and takes at least 20 minutes to get through on a busy day. Yet they fully have employees to keep the restaurant open

Idk I guess you get what you pay for. If I worked here, I would be ashamed to serve the garbage they served us. Ordered online for a value meal 6 pieces of chicken. Get home to see 3 barely breaded chicken breast and about 4 misformed/diseased looking chicken wings no legs or thighs (although that's what's depicted in the picture) Also, received no sauce for the nuggets which were extremely tiny btw.
