I recently received an order from kielbasa factory, I ordered 2 loops of original style kielbasa I only received 1 loop, these are$26.00 per loop it clearly states in their ad 1 loop= 2 links. I sent them an email to see if this can be taken care of here is their response " thank you for placing an order with us. We sell the kielbasa per LB not by rings. You ordered 2 lbs and you received 2 links equal to 2#. Kind regards " so they're telling me I paid $52.00 for 2 links I should have received 2 loops on my way to get legal help...

I'm leaving this review for two reasons:

To the owner (I believe): I'm sorry I didn’t perfectly realign your egg tower to your standard. I thought I was a customer.
To other potential customers: Just be aware — you might get scolded. Lol.

We stumbled upon this place after dining at one of the restaurants on the ground level with my family. My kids are small, and they were excited to see Kinder eggs at the store. The eggs had two different wrapper designs, and of course, my kids wanted one of each. No problem — we purchased the eggs along with a few other items and left the store.

Since the eggs turned out to be slightly different from the ones we usually get at generic grocery stores (possibly because of Easter coming up or because they were imports — either way, in a good way), my kids loved them. So, I decided to quickly run back alone to grab some more for later. I picked out several eggs, making sure to get both wrapper designs again. To do this, I had to grab a few from the lower stack. And that’s when the entire experience took a turn for the worse.

The owner came out yelling at me, saying that all the eggs were the same and that I was making her egg tower uneven and ready to collapse. I mean… I have kids. And I understand how gravity works. I made sure I wasn’t leaving it unstable, but you know what? I still understood where she was coming from, so I apologized and explained that I had actually adjusted the tower a bit to ensure it wouldn’t tip over after I took what I needed. But instead of accepting my apology, she kept scolding me — visibly angry — while fixing her display. Her comments were unnecessarily condescending and belittling. She said things like, “I’d understand if kids were doing this, but for another mom to be doing it?”, “They’re all the same; I don’t get why people do this!”, and so on. Honestly, wow. Even another customer in the store tried to lighten the mood with a joke, but it was clear she was triggered and wasn’t going to let it go.

To her credit, the store was clean, well-organized, and offered a good variety of products. I was genuinely happy to have found the place. But you can bet I won’t be taking my business there again. Unfortunate.

So wonderful! They had kishka, which is delicious by the way. My kids were super excited to try all of the polish treats we picked up. The staff was so sweet to my kiddos too.

Delightful staff, fluent in both English/ Polish, and very good Polish cuisine

Small place, great selections. Smoked and raw kielbasa, a wide assortment of frozen pierogies, Polish candies, jams, mustards and other groceries. The deli has cabbage rolls that were excellent (and a little salty) and the tomato sauce they give you for the rolls was so good. Meats and will make some hit meals for lunch. Heavy foot traffic, so food is not sitting. Worth the visit.

I drive over an hour to get here and it's well with the drive. I've been there twice in two weeks and always walk out with more than I intended to buy. Large selection of Polish goods that makes the trip more than worthwhile. Very friendly staff as well.

Large selection of Polish goods that makes the trip more than worthwhile. Very friendly staff as well. Jadę ponad godzinę, żeby tu dojechać i jest warto tak długo jechac. Byłem tu dwa razy w ciągu dwóch tygodni, duży wybór polskich towarów i zawsze wychodzę z większą ilością zakupów niż zamierzałem kupić. Bardzo przyjazny personel

You MUST visit Kielbasa Factory if you like Polish food or you just have a taste for top quality, fresh European deli and sweets. My family and I drive to Rockville 3 times a year because my Polish parents refuse to buy their kielbasa anywhere else. I highly recommend. I particularly shop there for pierogies, chocolate, juice, and baked goods.

I've been coming here since the store opened back in the late 2000's. The food is great and authentic (I'm Polish), the kielbasas, cold cuts and cheeses are fantastic. You can also find all sorts of pierogi and other Polish foods, some imported, and some made in the US. I used to bring half a suitcase of goodies back with me every time I flew to Poland, but I haven't had to do it in years, since I can find it all here. I like the new owner (these were some big shoes he had to fill when taking over!), and Ms. Ania is a fantastic manager. I highly recommend this place.

The fresh kielbasa was just like my mom's Ukrainian homemade kielbasa. Brought back memories. I roasted it 20 minutes on each side with a little bit of water in the pan. Delicious.
