I bought donuts for my kids almost every weekend from this Shady grove location and have been ok with the service. For no reason I was told to not odering from drive through today and had to come inside. After waiting in for more than 10mins, after my normal order and the manager told me I cannot redeem my daughter's report card. The so called manager there is rude and talk with an "I don't give a shit attitude", which sickens me. Worst experience so far, disgusting

Went with my kid for glazed donuts that Krispy Kreme offers with good report cards. For the second time the same employee declines the children (not only mine). Her reasoning was that if she gives the kids there would be very little or none left to sell. Terrible advertising for the whole chain because of one person

I was in the area and got a dozen. No taste, whatsoever, too much fake sugar, smaller than other locations. Seems to me the people that run this location cannot change OIL often enough so donuts do not taste BURNT. How hard is it to make Donuts? Are you sure your employees are mixing the correct amounts of each? Or are they adding extra cheap flour from Sam's Club or Costco to save money and cheat the consumer? Fire the employees and close this store. Disgusted.

Went in for the floral donuts and barely any of them had filling. I took a picture of one that I ripped in half. Very sad experience. I usually would rather go here than Dunkin Donuts but now I’m not so sure. This was a sad mistake for a donut. I want my money back.
