Our family Came in Friday night for donuts and they ran out.. how does a donut shop runs out of donut at 7:30 pm and closes at 11pm?? Ridiculous

Came in at 7:25 to pick up an order scheduled for 7:15. I waited in the pickup line (while people In the other line are being helped) until 7:40 when someone went to assemble my order.

Unfortunately, I only got 6 of the donuts my order was supposed to have (fall favorites box), the other 6 were randomly chosen by the employee. Why even have set boxes if you're not going to give people what they order?

Also the floor is very sticky.

I go to Krispy Kreme almost every day and probably five times in the last month you guys haven’t had any whipped cream and today you told me that the drive-thru is not Open so I had to come inside when I get inside I’m told that you have whipped cream, but you don’t have any milk.

The staff is always amazing. Whoever is doing the ordering is not keeping up.
I’ve even been there while the delivery truck is there. It’s not good to run out of products

Amazing service today (Saturday, Nov. 18th, 9:30am) from the young gentleman in the dark blue KK polo shirt and short dreads (sorry I did not get his name!). He was incredibly friendly, very professional and polite. Fantastic hospitality skills and great customer service!

Ran out of glazed donuts. Refused to swap out other available donuts for pre-paid online order of glazed donuts. No one in store could make more donuts apparently. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Waiting half an hour and still no donuts OR a refund.

The original glazed donut was good and is my favorite. But we waited 10-15 minutes just for the cashier to give it to us but turns out it was already ready at the table before so i’m guessing they forgot. Also the floor is extremely sticky.

Placed online order days ago for 930AM pickup. Line out the door when I arrived, dozens of people with online orders who still haven't been served. One lady says she's been waiting an hour and a half. Manager yelling at everyone and walks out of the store. Total chaos. And no, I never got my donuts.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the experience I had trying to pick up an online order I placed three days in advance. When I arrived, the line for online orders was nearly out the door, and several customers had already been waiting over an hour for orders that were supposed to be ready long before we even got there.

What was most shocking was that the orders were not prepared in advance at all. Instead, employees were scrambling to make each order one by one while customers stood waiting. To make matters worse, the manager was loudly yelling about how she had been there since 4 a.m. and then announced she was “too stressed” to continue — before walking outside and sitting down, leaving her team to deal with the chaos. That level of unprofessionalism is absolutely unacceptable.

After waiting far too long with no progress, I gave up and left to go elsewhere. I took the time to order days ahead to avoid this exact kind of situation, and instead, it turned into one of the most frustrating customer experiences I’ve had. This store clearly needs better leadership and organization.
