The food was alright but the little prizes that you can for eat from the plates are the best as an experience as well as the robot that brings the drinks, the atmosphere was calm and friendly

An automaton neo-classic in suburban Rockville. Sushi, sashimi and other classically Japanese food choices ordered electronically, and served via conveyor-belt and wheeled robots!
The miso soup was terrible. Picture of it attached. The sushi was ok. The edamame was cold. Overall the food was not great, but the atmosphere and the experience was fun!

Eat here at least once a month. It's self service and food comes out fast. Clean, convenient and reasonably priced. Food is fresh. Service is polite and not intrusive.

Food is okay but it’s the unique conveyor belt you come for.
A rude waiter was trying to take a stand on a mistake they made in the kitchen and not refund a single cheap item when they made the mistake. Thankfully the manager handled it but I didn't need to be ridiculed as a customer.
PS to that waiter: don’t smirk and laugh in a customers face when we ask for assistance nicely, it’s unprofessional. Honestly used to love Kura but won’t be returning.
