Went for dinner last night and a TIME was had!!! Our server Ronni was AMAZING! TOP TIER!!! You can tell he genuinely served with respect and appreciation. The food: 10 stars! My husband already booked a reservation for date night! This is going to be a regular for us! Forgot to take pics when the food came out.

I went to La Canela in April of this year and the pollo saltado was so good I haven’t stopped thinking about it since (6 months later!). The chicken was juicy, flavorful, and delicious, and the rice was soft and fluffy. I have tried pollo saltado at other Peruvian restaurants and it just doesn’t compare. This place is a MUST try! I can’t wait to go back

The middle-aged guy in the suit has zero customer service skills. He sat us down, brought water, and said he’d be back to take our order. Twenty minutes later—still nothing. And it wasn’t even busy, maybe five other people in the whole place. Meanwhile, he’s just standing around chatting with the staff like he doesn’t care. So what did I do? I got up and walked out because why am I waiting this long just for you to take my order?

One of the best meals I've had in a while. Pulpito/Octopus = 5 star. Ceviche mixto = 5 star. Lamb shank = 5 star. Pescado a lo Macho = 5 star. Absolutely delicious and our waiter/tender guy Ronnie was delightful. Guy knows his food. Love that. Limoncello spritz & wine was also actually wondeful.
An amazing experience. Our first time here and this will now be a regular spot for us. Extremely attentive and friendly service, beautiful atmosphere and the food had so much flavor. We had 4 different appetizers and all our meals were a hit. Don't pass this place up!
