It's a really nice place with friendly and attentive people who are always mindful of your needs. However, one downside is that they seem to charge for almost every additional request related to food. For example, I asked for an extra lime for my fish, and they informed me it would have to be ordered as a side. Another instance was when I ordered the sole fish (lenguado) but wasn't told it came with rice. I ended up ordering an additional side of rice, and in the end, I had two small bowls of it. I tried to cancel the extra rice but couldn’t. However, the waitress was very kind and acceded to swap the rice for sweet potatoes. So, even though small extras can come at a cost, the food and service were still excellent overall.
Have you heard of the Peruvian-French restaurant Astrid and Gaston or vice verse —I am terrible with names or order of authors? If you so, the. I could tell you this Peruvian restaurant does not ask anything to this high standard reference.
I would recommend it.
Vegetarian options: There were dishes that didn’t contain meat, but I I do not remember if the menu lacked a clearly labeled vegetarian section. Being a Latin food restaurant, I’m fairly confident you could find options without animal protein that might also align with ethical considerations regarding animal welfare. However, I’m not entirely sure about this.
Dietary restrictions: The waitress was kind in asking my dietary restrictions before preparing my food and that lead me to assume it was going to be take into consideration for any one else.
Parking: Easy to parking in a parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: I have no kids. I went alone, but I saw plenty of space for strollers and dishes that can be eaten by kiddos. Of course, this is not a place were you’ll find a happy meal and or a playground for your kids to play while you seat and eat.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with plenty of space to accommodate friends with diverse abilities.

Waaaay to expensive for the size of the distes, they also charge for sauces and add ons. I ordered a salchipapa which is hot dog and fries but I added 2 fried eggs, the salchipapa was 19.95 and the 2 added eggs were 7.90, which is crazy prices for what it is. Flavor is good, but it's not worth it. I'm peruvian and dissapointed for the sizes

Great tasting food with generous portion sizes. Lovely ambiance with warm colors, murals, and even a street lamp. Plus, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, frequently checking in and thanking us for coming. Definitely recommend if you like quality Peruvian food.

The staff were also very professional and friendly, but it felt someone kept checking on us way too often, as in they kept asking if everything was ok and if they could remove our plates (which still had food on them) every few min even though the restaurant was not full at all. Perhaps the staff was not coordinating who was checking on which table? It just felt a bit disruptive and it made us feel rushed.
