I've gone to plenty of ledos and this one by far is the worst one I've EVER BEEN TO. I ordered a southern steak and cheese and got a plain steak and cheese with barely any cheese hardly any meat im thinking I'm about to have an amazing steak and cheese for lunch but that's not what happen worst decision. I'll be coming back tomorrow to get my refund because this is unacceptable you think because it's in Rockville you would get something worth your cost but they just out here robbing people.

*** I've heard there's been a change in ownership since this happened***Ordered an 8" pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and light cheese ONLINE from work. Pretty simple. No words exchanged.Got extra cheese and light sauce. Thought "ok, these things happen. Let me call and see if they will make it right."Nope. One guy owns this location on rockville pike (not to be confused with the surrounding locations with different owner/management which are great).Spoke with the manager and he said "store policy is that you have to bring the pizza back for a refund or exchange".I was hungry and at work. I used my lunch break to get the food. So, I'm supposed to go hungry until 6pm to get my money back? I offered to send a picture. He wouldn't budge.In my experience with other restaurants, they will "take the hit" (even though it was their mistake to begin with) to maintain their client base and turn a negative review into a positive one. Not here. Mr. Martin doesnt care at all.Customer lost. I'll never be back.Advice: Ledos has good pizza. Go to any other nearby location to avoid this kind of incident. Stay away from ledo on rockville pike.

Heyyyy thank you so much to Matt and Izza!!! Your hard work for all this time has not gone unnoticed. It was getting pretty hectic and you all held it down. I have been in food and beverage for decades, I would have gotten a lil frazzled, and you didn’t. ? Service was amazing, and our pizzas were sooo good and made with love. ❤️

Literally the most disgusting pizza and wings I've ever had. I actually threw up after. The young girl at the counter had wonderful customer service and the area was clean. I couldn't believe how tasteless the food was. Not to mention the dough was very soft and undercooked.

My favorite pizza joint in MD. 100% local and unique. It’s doesn’t beat the round pies from NY or Philly but Ledo’s doesn’t cut corners with their quality and
