The food and the service are excellent!

There are other places a lot better.

This was my first time visiting. The food was overall a 6/10, but in general I had a pretty negative experience. 1. We ordered spring rolls, but was given fried dumplings. 2. Once our spring rolls came out, they were cold in the center. 3. When the second set of spring rolls came out, they were extremely overcooked and really chewy. 4. When entrees started to come out, half the table was served and the other half served 15 minutes later. 5. Our sauces came out by the time we almost finished our meal (for the first half of the table that was served) 6. I am not sure if they were having issues with their electrical system, but all of the lights started to flicker in intervals of every couple minutes. Maybe this is there way of kicking people out? If so, it wasn't even close to time of closing... 7. Lastly, it wasn't so much of a hot pot experience. Everything was already in the bowl. Just imagine all of your food precooked and served in a bowl with a fire underneath. I really hate to give negative reviews, but I was very unhappy with this visit.

The restaurant is very clean and decorated nicely, which makes for a great atmosphere. The food and appetizers did not take long to arrive, and were hot/fresh.( I liked the spring rolls). The soup is wonderful! It's rich and tasty with loads of good vegetables and noodles. I love how I can add my own lamb and egg to the soup. Our waitress was awesome, she checked in a lot to make sure we had enough water, broth, and fire. The price was a lot cheaper than I expected too. Oh and they offer parking vouchers.

My experience here over the two visits I've had has been rather mixed. My most recent visit was for lunch on a Sunday while my initial visit was for dinner on a Saturday night. My dinner visit was more enjoyable, with friendlier and more attentive staff and what seemed like a higher quality of meal. In both cases, however, my meal was flavorful and filling. If you haven't tried hot pot before (which I hadn't), I feel like it's worth experiencing it at least once, and this is a pretty solid choice for doing so.

A friend recommended it to try since we love hot pot and since it has new concept individual pot loved the idea. So I suggested to friends of mine to get together for lunch and catch up on life so we did . I must say I loved my curry selection mild level did it for me and sauces on side gave me the option to add more heat although we suggested meats to be cooked in simply because they were under staffed and waited for half hour to be seated it was 1 pm they finally we were seated but they forget about us to even take our order no system it was 2 pm before even we got someone attention to get our order but the food came out in about 25 mins basically was about two hrs before we ate .word of wisdom never ask to cook the meat for you because we were waiting for long they didn't put enough meat but if you ordered out raw you cooked yourself you definitely get more. So after all good food bad service Will visit again would like to try different flavor broth .Hope for better service next time .

Trying to grab a quick bite to eat before my moving I found this place to be very pleasant and helpful. The staff was accommodating and never stopped smiling. The Scallion pancakes were delicious and crispy. The Popcorn chicken just the right amount and Ramen spring rolls was surprisingly tasty. I actually have to return to try the hot pot but overall I am liking this place.

Really great restaurant. We travel quite a bit, I'm coming back next time we're in town!!
