Wait staff took our family order and the place was packed, happy people all eating and enjoying.
45 plus later:
Line almost out the door of people wanting tables.
Rude staffer with an iPad comes up.
So we are closing, you going to finally order something or free up the table.
My lady and kid are shocked!
Me, hi, we waited the hour plus for our table, waited to 20 min to go order and over 45 minutes, three families have come and gone next to us.
They tried to put our Oder in and asked my lady if we wanted all the items cause the chef is closing soon again.
Now mid you there is still a line out the door to get a table @ 920 ish pm
I called it, we are out.
Manager dude comes over offering a free meal, stating pick something off the menu, we aren’t going to charge you.
Bro, we ordered sushi three rolls , app rolls, udon, and a pork ramen.
I called it, told them, NO we are out. Peace. See you in 6 months at best.
Moral of the story, don’t, that all.

Been coming here as my personal Favorite ramen restaurant for about 4 years now. I have to say with the level of quality, taste, and service all are amazing. The wait is always worth it. The sushi is fresh and I'd recommend any of the tuna, while I don't like salmon, it's still fresh and tasty. They're very kind about mistakes and are quick to fix any issues. The volcano base with the spicy pork belly is my go-to, but all the options are great. The rotating appetizers are always fun to experiment with but the karaage is my favorite! The desserts are hit or miss but I'd definitely recommend the ramen, bowls, udon, and appetizers! I hope to see this business grow in time. Bark!~

Bathroom was very dirty and the food gave my family member and I some of the worst food poisoning!! The woman who took our order was kind, but the food itself looked and tasted like reheated frozen food. Would not recommend to anyone. Much better options in the area. Pro tip: always check the bathroom before ordering food to see if they actually care about hygiene standards. I should have listened to my gut feeling…

The ramen is super salty, but flavor is good. I also ordered a sushi roll and it was not fresh, super mushy. woke up the next morning with the worst stomach pain. Got food poisoning. I will not be returning.

Hands down the best ramen in the Maryland area. Customizable broth and meat options. I also love that they have an all mushroom ramen option as I do not eat pork. Restaurant is small but table seating moves quickly. We recommend spicy miso broth and volcano broth. Spicy pork belly, tonkatsu and mushrooms are our favorite. Can't beat the price for an extra egg ( it's a full egg) and extra noodles.
Service was great and the food was even better, we both ordered ramen and were nervous how good it might be (hard to find good ramen) but were pleasantly surprised. It was incredible. Everything about it was impeccable. The restaurant is a little small and few tables can make for a congested feeling, plus the parking lot is a nightmare, but none of that can take away at just how great the food and service both were.

This is the ONLY place I go for when I am craving a good ramen with soup ! You can never go wrong with their chicken katsu or spicy bulgogi steak with their Tori shoyu soup base!! Super delicious and flavorful ! Other ramen shops don’t have this type of flavor in their broth but Maki does ! Added bonus if you get their dango for dessert ! Super yummy and chewy 10/10 for me !
