Loved the food, the flavor was for delicate and well made. I really tasted each ingredient and appreciated the authenticity of the flavors. I look forward to returning to this establishment.
I’ve never had ramen soup this delicious before. So far I’ve eaten the spicy miso with chashu (pork) and the Volcano with chicken katsu. Both were amazing, but bonus points go to the chashu because it was unbelievably flavorful even after sitting in soup.

I don't know why it took me so long to review this spot. It is a hidden gem in Rockville/Gaithersburg MD area. Ramen is good, the chicken katsu good you can't go wrong with this place. I highly recommend it
