I’ve eaten here many times, but today ordered online thinking that a convenient option. I went at the appointed time to pick up and found them CLOSED. So perhaps two problems, how do I get my money back and do I have to find a new Chinese food restaurant??

Placed an order online, pre paid during online check out, drove all the way over just to find that the restaurant was closed. There was no indication of it being closed online, the online ordering system was up and working and the hours on google said it was open until 9 pm.

As per the previous review we ordered food and went to pick it up but the place was in darkness. I understand we ordered through an app so will be refunded but this was a huge inconvenience. There are no signs on the door explaining why they are closed and nothing on the website. It’s a shame because we have always enjoyed the food here.

Just a traditional place but believe it or not this is the best orange chicken around. Try the breast meat orange chicken.

Don’t be misled by the negative reviews. I see Mama Wok puts in genuine effort — fresh and flavorful dishes, friendly service, and a cozy environment. My visit was a wonderful experience, and I got exactly the food I was craving. Highly recommend! 👍
