We've had good experiences with ice cream ordered from the counter, so we tried an ice cream cake yesterday for a special birthday party. We ordered it online five days early for pickup on Saturday afternoon. The cashier confirmed the specific cake ordered when we went to pick it up, and spent quite a bit of time apparently packaging it, so we didn't look closely at the actual cake in the box. When it was time for the cake at the party, we realized it didn't have the peanut butter cups but thought maybe they just substituted the topping. Unfortunately after cutting in, we realized that it was the completely wrong cake/ice cream/mix-ins--creating a lot of disappointment. We've since left multiple messages on the store's voice-mail (no one answers), and no one has called back. We are beyond disappointed that we trusted them for a special occasion, and they won't even answer their phones or call us back to help make this right. I would suggest sticking to ordering cups, cones, etc. right from the counter and skipping the cakes.

I’ve been to this location on several occasions in the past and I’ve had pretty positive experiences on all of them. The most recent visit, however, I left very disappointed. I’ve ordered premade ice cream cakes from them before and they were all fine. This time, I wanted to customize my own cake for a family member’s birthday. I didn’t request a lot on the cake so I understand it coming out a bit on the plain side. Upon picking up my cake at the store the day it was ready, I was told from the employee who handed me the cake that one of the toppings I requested, had ran out. It would have been nice if they had called to inform me and asked if I wanted to substitute it with something else. I ended up going home and had to rummage through my cabinets to find things to decorate the cake myself to make it look less plain. Also, this is not big - I had made a note to add a (!) at the end of happy birthday but it was missing. I should’ve checked the cake more closely while I was at the store but I was in a rush.

If you’re at the Rockville Town Center and looking for a cheaper dessert place with quality ice cream and a ton of add ins, then look no further.This place has a delicious in-house ice cream experience with tons of add ins for cheap prices.I got a small (which was honestly pretty big compared to other smalls I have seen) signature mix for only about $5!For all the sizes you get, you get unlimited add ins or a choice of a signature with suggested toppings already mixed in. They also provide smoothies, shakes, cakes, and pints to take home as well!

Upon walking in the marble slab the two young men at the front didn't seem too engaged with my boyfriend and I when we entered. While we were at the counter my boyfriend let them know that I had a nut allergy and almost immediately a slew of excuses of what they could and couldn't do ensued. While the young man stated the establishment was similar to cold stone he also mentioned that they weren't able to offer mix-ins on the slab due to contamination. My boyfriend asked "You all couldn't clean the slab" the young man stated half-heartedly that they could but it still would be contaminated...interesting. We then switched our gears to ask for milkshakes, they had some offered on a menu as well as a sign that states "CREATE YOUR OWN". My boyfriend then asked for a coffee & oreo milkshake and the two young men along with a young lady who appeared from the back looked confused and said "they had to check in the back to see if they could do a mixed milkshake because of the nut allergy". Well if the blender is cleaned between use I don't see how this would be cause for concern. This experience made me believe one of two things 1. they didn't want our business from the start and was trying their best to get us to leave, or 2. this establishment has poor cleanliness habits and are cause for concern for those with allergens and the health department. For a subpar milkshake and poor customer service I would suggest sticking to the nearest Coldstone for quality service and care.

Delicious!! The strawberry ice cream was soooo fresh and didn't taste full of preservatives. Customer service was excellent ? will definitely return for more ice cream or to get one of their cakes. It's a pick your own topping type of place.

Ice cream was great but and the employees were really nice except there was this one employee there that looked miserable, not sure what here problem was. She had on glasses and looked Indian. Guess she was having a bad day or something or just didn’t like me. Meh I’ll probably come back again, I think she was just having a bad day
Under no circumstances go to this place if you're only looking for ice cream without the additions. I mentioned sweet cream at one point but settled on a regular cup with peanut butter and butter pecan. I started out on scoop number one and was convinced that the lady had given me sweet cream. No biggie. But then as I finished the first scoop there was no difference in the flavor or look. Back I went to have this rectified to which the lady assured me I had the right flavors. I asked if she could just try again but give me a small cup. Again there was next to no discernible different in flavors. I am convinced she actually did give me peanut butter and butter pecan but such is the travesty of the ice cream I couldn't tell the difference.

This was a nice experience. The ice cream was delicious and so were the shakes. The whole fam is into this place!!! They also take the time to get ice cream from the back because of my son's allergies and we really appreciate that!

6/20/23- This place is very similar to cold stone but they didn't have any premium handmade flavors that were available. I wanted premium cookies n cream ice cream but instead got a large cup of vanilla ice cream with oreo pieces ($6.59) that was made by the employee. The ice cream was decent but nothing crazy and I didn't like how they didn't have any premium handmade ice cream flavors to see and try.

Been here 3 times already this week. So far my favorite is the cotton candy shake. The strawberry shake was actually pretty good as well. The peanut butter paradise was good but it was too much for me. Shakes are the best in taste so far. And prices are set nicely not super expensive
