Do not come to this mcdonalds if you expect to wait less than 1 hr, for any employee inside store to actually approach you to ask, do you need help or have you been helped. There are always 10 employees taking care of drive thru customers, in front of store to priortize food app deliveries. The culture of this store and how employees treat customers inside store at front counter is absoultely absurd, and rudest service you will ever see. There are always a handful of customers, silently suffering hoping 1 out of 10 employees at front of store will actually ask, do you need help or have you been helped, waiting 10, 15, 30 minutes. Doent matter how long you wait that question will never be asked. You will have to rudely, loudly ask hey can someone pls take my order at register for several employees to shoot you a nasty look like youre bothering them at home off work. Again if youre drive thru, a food delivery person no worries, youre in out in less than 5 min. But do not ever think, 1 employee will take initiative to ask of you need help if youre not in drive thru, not ever going to happen. I waited 20 min tonight before rudely asking if someone could help me. The elderly couple next to me whom heard me vent, politely stated hey it could be worse, we were here waiting 15 before you entered and no employee has asked if we need help. This dynamic never makes sense as this store doesnt ever appear short staffed, at any time you ll see 10 employees directly at front. No joke, go inside this store, wait in front to see how long it takes for someone to ask, do you need help or can I take your order. Now if you had a friend simultaneously arriving at Matchbox restaurant across 355, they will seated at table by host, have server take order, eat their meal, pay, leave tip; and then meet you at this Mcdonalds location there is a high likelihood you will be at this Mcdonalds and an employee inside hasnt even taken your order yet. This is not an exaggeration, this is what would literally happen

They allow homeless people to camp here at night and at times there are up to 7-10 of them making the place smell like urine it's disgusting!

For a McDonalds this one has always been amazing, the workers have always been friendly. I have rarely gotten a wrong order. The food is typically fresh and hot. There is always fast service at any time of day.

Today was a quick visit to redeem my rewards in the app. There are three people that work the Drive Thru that keep me coming back . I'll make sure to get their names next time . Every time they work my order is accurate, hot , and served with a smile.

Human service took a bit for register since I wasn't using kiosk. Had to come inside *****NO DRIVE THRU***** Parking can be an issue if a busy time. Inside dining a little small. Food was to par.

The non English speaking cashier, with a MASK on not only couldn’t be understood (primarily because of mask but as well because he could barley speak legible English)he didn’t know the menu, refused what I asked for, which IS on the menu. Then he couldn’t even give me the proper change 🤦🏼‍♂️. Horrible service, then trying to get the manager to understand which had a hard time to converse in English 🤦🏼‍♂️!!!!

Hygiene needs more attention, staff need to be more attentive and be able to communicate in English! I had to struggle with one of the staff i asked her for some salt!!! Atmosphere was very uncomfortable and unsafe for kids! Two adults customers were fighting verbally inside the restaurant, they used very nasty language I have the right not to pollute my hearing with! Nor i want to my kids to witness such a hostile incident! The funny thing none of the staff had the decency to ask them to leave as this should be a family restaurant!

tonight I ordered a number 5 which consisted of a 10 piece nugget. I was given a filet of fish. The guy at the drive thru was short and rude. Do better and I want a refund.
