We ordered through drive-through and the attitude I received from the cashier today was awful, I really wished I got the name. I repeated my order 3 times and he would give me attitude and kept talking to co-workers while I was trying to order, when I received my order he forgot 2 items I repeatedly asked if he wrote it down. Its embarrassing acting like this towards your consumers and need to fix their attitude.

Tried to use the drive thru, but they’re forcing you to use the app that I don’t have /want, so had to order at the window without being able to see the menu. Then they didn’t have any soda available on top of all that.

Their customer service is useless. They charge you for your orders twice, they don't solve anything, they get angry because of their mistakes. I went to the store I placed an order for 6 kids meals to take away, they gave me 5 when I went and complained, the first thing the worker did was claim that I was wrong, second I placed an order for a medium potato, they did not give me the receipt nor did they give me The potato When I was waiting for the potato in a bad manner they asked me what else I was waiting for, I told them that my dad told me that I had not ordered and that they had canceled the order. At no time did they check if I actually paid for the first order nor did they care.

We bought a big Mac without cheese since we're lactose intolerant and even though I'm the box it says no cheese there was cheese on the burger we tried to take it out and eat since we were hungry but we couldn't and took a few bites but then had to dispose of it, I called them and it was close so I couldn't even go back to change it, and this isn't the first time they've done but other times maybe it was my bad for not speaking clearly however you can see it was label as no cheese and indeed it had cheese, i know it's fast food and mistakes are made but like I said this isn't the only time.
