I went there with friends around 2am after a night of dancing . This is of the nicest McDonald's I've been to. The service was also very good.

This one of those McDonald's locations where you might want to consider doing drive through or eating in your automobile. Quite frankly, this McDonalds is somewhat messy..compared to others in the area. However, I cannot 100% blame the employees because the art of cleaning up after yourself has been lost. During my visit, I noticed quite a few homeless folks chilling in the restaurant. While this is not a big issue, I was annoyed with several folks who were preparing their narcotics inside of the restaurant...in a very obvious manner. Aside for those issues, I thought the food was nicely prepared (in terms of McDonald's standards, and the staff was pretty friendly.

If you have been to one McDonald's you have been to me all. Come to this one due to the close proximity to where I was attending a conference. I placed my order online from the parking lot. When I went in a few minutes later it was ready. Food is typical fast food quality taste and flavor. I really only judge them on speed and accuracy of order. This one was pretty good for both. Staff wasn't bad so I would come again if in the area.

I've been to this location at least 3 times in the last 2 months, always in the evening. There is no drive through and a very thin parking lot that surrounds the building. The workers would prefer you use the automated ordering machine. They don't acknowledge you upon entering, and don't stand by the til. The machine was down during one visit, and out of receipt paper another time, and the third you could order but had to pay at the register. They have 2 soda machines, one that has been out of order for a least a month. And it's always sticky and messy. Just don't expect any sort of customer service.Parking: There is no drive through so you have to enter. And parking is in a circle around the building. Traffic goes both ways so there are a lot of near misses with fender benders.

Worst McDonalds in Montgomery county. Terrible service, kiosks never work sand my orders always come out wrong. Employees are constantly slacking off even when there is a line. Always homeless people panhandling inside the store. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

This was a clean McDonald's with nice customer service. My only concern during my visit was the line for the POS and the kiosk to order food. Since the kiosk is near where the "line" would start, the area can get crowded, and issues over where the line ends or who goes next can become problematic.Vegetarian options: Only salads can be recommended for vegetariansKid-friendliness: It's McDonald's, but there is no play area for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Their's a ramp that leads up to a side entrance for customers handling a wheelchair.

The place seems to be short of help. Even though the place was recently renovated, the bathroom stall was broken, bits of trash here and there, broken fountain drink dispenser, the order kiosk didn't really work correctly, etc... While the staff was friendly and helpful, there was a substantial wait despite the fact that there were very few people in the restaurant.French fries were only lukewarm!Oh well.... guess labor costs are affecting the place?

Allowed a male to stand in front of the register area eating food, talking loud, cursing and dropping food on the floor. Making it uncomfortable as the male kept begging people for food. Staff and manager did nothing to stop this.
The lady at the front was kind.But Missing 2 Hot&Spicy McChicken.Which I really want to eat at that time.McNuggets taste very bad. Not fresh fried.Customer paid full price should get fresh fried food.Staff careless.

Staff seemed short handed, and were extremely busy. Felt like they were missing people. Dining room was gross. I saw spills on tables that were there at night and still there the next day at lunch. Lots of questionable people around here as well. They kept the dining room heat super low to keep homeless people from sleeping in the booths. Only real option where I was at or I wouldn't have gone back.

This is the only McDonald's restaurant that doesn't honor the Buy One, Get One coupon/receipt after you take the survey. I've been to countless McD's in the DC area and they all honor the BOGO coupon - except for this store.
