We had a large family in town over Easter weekend and made reservations to come here for breakfast on Easter Sunday. We were seated together, which was nice, but the service was a mixed bag… It was extremely slow, from ordering mimosas to coffee, everything seemed to take an unreasonable amount of time to get to the table. Then the food took forever! From the time the first plate (of 18 people) to the last was about 45 mins! Ridiculous! So, clearly we weren’t waiting for everyone to get their food before beginning to eat.The buffet was boring and only had a few items, so we chose the menu. The items we did get were actually all made quite nicely and had good flavors, so at least they got that right.

We had the misfortune of dining at this restaurant late Friday evening while attending the weekend Mid-Atlantic Jazz Festival for the first time. The restaurant wasn't busy, but we waited for an hour to be served after we asked more than once to have our orders taken. For a party of two, we spent over $60 for 2 soups, 6 chicken wings, and one glass of wine with an 18% service charge (not tip) automatically added to our tab. The food and service disappointed for this marquee event. We will never eat at this restaurant again.

Lunch with small group on a quiet winter weekday no one else in the place. My steakhouse burger was nicely cooked but non-memberable. The place did provide me with the option for a side salad instead of fries, which was made with fresh greens and very tasty. My friend was able to get her burger on gluten-free bread, and they nicely put her accompanying fries on a separate plate for the rest of us to nosh on.

I ordered a turkey sandwich on wheat with mustard - no Mayo. I got white bread smothered in mayonnaise. Very simple directions that were not followed. I walked to Subway for a turkey sub made correctly for half the price.

Pork chop had zero flavor because it was so over-cooked. Hadn’t eaten all day so just finished it because the red bean mess that came with the pork chop was horrible too and wasn’t going to wait for something else. Very limited menu.I guess that’s what I get for being lazy and not wanting to drive anywhere for dinner!
Great place to gather and chat

Bar tender didn't know how to make a Manhattan and they didn't have oranges for an old fashion. Bartender was nice and apologetic.
Great customer service, tasty food on fair prices
So very dirty glasses and not even an apology, but the manager even tried to convince me that it's not what I see!!! So bad I only observed after drinking because of the ice they filled the glass with
Met some old friends for breakfast on a Saturday. The coffee came right away but after that, things went downhill fast. Had to try to get a server's attention about 4 times before we could get water brought to the table. Then it took about 10-15 minutes for them to come take our order - which was not produced for another 15 minutes and then not in accordance with one person's specifications. My order (oatmeal) came our so watery that it was inedible but we didn't have time to send it back. When our check came, it was wrong and didn't include one of our meals. The place was not that crowded and we were not that demanding. But we were definitely not pleased with our experience.
I loved the service from manager Albert who was very attentive and polite. I will definitely be back here more often for the great service
