The manager at this location is pretty unprofessional and nasty to most of her employees, its pathetic and unpleasant to be eating at a place like this and hear and see this manager by the name of Jessica yelling and be rude to her staff especially the females that work there .PANERA should do better! Shame

During a very busy Rush a Mrs. Idaina was impressively patient and sweet helping my Mother with her Meal! This is why I am a regular and will remain! And Luigi was incredibly friendly as well
