During a very busy Rush a Mrs. Idaina was impressively patient and sweet helping my Mother with her Meal! This is why I am a regular and will remain! And Luigi was incredibly friendly as well
I ordered online and thought I had placed my order for pick up at this restaurant but accidentally placed it for pick up at another location. The staff at this location were super accommodating and friendly - immediately offered to make the food I had ordered and cancel the pick up at the other restaurant. Great customer service! I was most appreciative for them correcting something that was my mistake.
The guy who was at the Register was really freind my food came in on time the food was hot and really good I wish I could get the recipe for the cheddar broccoli I love panera its my favorite place to go love it hear
