We love this place! The managers and staff are fantastic, and the coffee here is better than at other locations. It's our preferred spot for business meetings. While the menu might have a few empty spots, the current selection is still wonderful. Highly recommended!

Right as I entered the building one of the kitchen staff started following me around. I tried to explain that I had a $25 gift card but he just interrupted me and said I can't just "hang out here." So rude. I've usually had a pleasant experiences but sometimes these places are just uptight.

The place is nasty and unhealthy , (the location on Jefferson st, Rockville) I don’t know ?? How is still open ? the walls are dripping with coffee ( I have pictures about that ), the tables never are clean , the glass main doors ?are dirties with fingertips, homeless people stay long time sitting and nobody do anything .THE CUSTOMERS DESERVE A CLEAN PLACE !!!!!!!But the most important thing it’s the CUSTOMER SERVICE ??♀️ no 1 or 2 times , many times , there a couple employees that need CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING , 1 of them is a white skinny with thick bear ,always use cap , unfortunately I didn’t see his name , his actitude is RUDE ,UNCOMFORTABLE , with DESCRIMINATION for any other race that’s no WHITE , he never say thanks , if you are in the line never call you , what is he doing ???? In customer service please TRAINING SERVICE FOR THIS “GENTLEMAN “The second person is the manager , and skinny white women , she doesn’t has any type of education , never is kind , why are this people in the front ?????????? Maybe their actitude it’s properly for storage .The Panera long time ago was a nice place , unfortunately this location (Rockville Maryland ) it’s tooooo FAR if that ?

The employees here are great, which isthe only reason I gave it 2 stars. Panera BREAD. It's right there in the title "BREAD", but after about 3:00pm every day there's a 75% chance that they will not be bread in the restaurant. No sourdough for the bread bowls, no baguettes, not the correct bread for sandwiches, and this is constant for at least the past 2 years no matter what day of the week it is. You would think a manager, or corporate, or whoever would have figured out how to order the correct amount for the volume that the store needs. If I type my order into Aspen Hill Panera 15 minutes farther away, every single time the "out of stock" food is available, so I know its not a general Panera supply issue. Rockville needs to figure their stuff out!

Food is standard Panera fare.Service was top notch.Pretty busy for a Sunday, perhaps the rainy day contributed. So a little difficult getting 4 seated and a little bit more noisy than the usual Panera atmosphere.
