I usually get excellent food from here, but was disappointed with my order pizza was hard on the crust and I ordered the shaq-roni and it didn’t look anything like the commercial looks like it was thrown in the box , my popadeis was skimpy on sausage and black olives and crust was hard

Customer service was very good. Asked for extra banana peppers lady at the front desk gave them to me for free even though I told her I was going to pay for them.
I’ve honestly never had a slice of pizza I didn’t like. Until now. I don’t know ow what the heck was up with this pizza, it was drenched in some pseudo cheese that was all clumpy, grainy, just disgusting. I really hope it was some sort of mistake like maybe vegan cheese inadvertently or something cause man was it bad.
