I usually get excellent food from here, but was disappointed with my order pizza was hard on the crust and I ordered the shaq-roni and it didn’t look anything like the commercial looks like it was thrown in the box , my popadeis was skimpy on sausage and black olives and crust was hard

I’ve honestly never had a slice of pizza I didn’t like. Until now. I don’t know ow what the heck was up with this pizza, it was drenched in some pseudo cheese that was all clumpy, grainy, just disgusting. I really hope it was some sort of mistake like maybe vegan cheese inadvertently or something cause man was it bad.

The customer service for this location is abysmal. You can’t get ahold of anybody and when you do, you get funneled to a call center. They constantly get orders wrong and tonight, not only did our pizza show up completely squished to one side, our Dr. Pepper 2 liter exploded everywhere, so clearly their drivers are erratic.

Went inside to order the special on the window which don’t not mention online only . She advised she would not offer me the special because it’s too much work for her to bipass it online. I’m not understanding why they promote something and won’t allow you to buy it . I was denied to order inside the establishment when the promotion did not disallow. Will not be purchasing from this place again and and to mention I have ordered this special inside before with no problems
