The customer service for this location is abysmal. You can’t get ahold of anybody and when you do, you get funneled to a call center. They constantly get orders wrong and tonight, not only did our pizza show up completely squished to one side, our Dr. Pepper 2 liter exploded everywhere, so clearly their drivers are erratic.

Went inside to order the special on the window which don’t not mention online only . She advised she would not offer me the special because it’s too much work for her to bipass it online. I’m not understanding why they promote something and won’t allow you to buy it . I was denied to order inside the establishment when the promotion did not disallow. Will not be purchasing from this place again and and to mention I have ordered this special inside before with no problems

got off working in the mud called for food said 39-49 minutes called after 1hr and they just started making my food like I have to get up at 5am and be another 39-49 minutes you all can lick my sweaty ball after working

There was an issue with my order, I contacted support who told me management would get back to me in 2 days. It’s been over 2 weeks and I still haven’t heard anything from them to resolve the issue. This store is unreliable.

They will not answer the phone!!!!!!!!!!I ordered TWO pizzas and they arrived with half the toppings slid off the pizza. Not quite sure what everyone is on about with the reviews. I order for delivery and pick up several times, sometimes twice in the week, and they NEVER mess up an order and they always open the door/answer the phone at night. High quality food and service!!! Very kind and hardworking hispanics working there at night.Highly recommend!!!!!Parking: the parking is convenient, can just pull up to the left side of the store and pick it up

The pizza isn’t bad, but I’ve had the deliver the wrong pizza more than it makes sense. I used to work at a pizza shop. It is hard to deliver to the right address. At least I got offered a credit.

I used to like Papa Johns Pizza a lot, but my recent visit was very disappointing. The pizza tasted like it wasn't cooked all the way (doey). I couldn't even finish all of it, what a waste.
